I have had problems with my neck, back, and shoulder for years. I had heard really good things from several people but had never seen a chiropractor before. The whole staff is friendly and helped me out with everything I needed including paperwork for disability and calling my work to help me get things sorted out. For a first time patient I had an awesome experience with them.
He explains everything hes doing and why and encourages any questions you might have. I would highly recommend them especially for first time patients. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Dr. Dietrich has a different approach than I've been accustomed to with other chiropractic care. I have heard great things before I started to see him regularly. I sell and move mattresses for a living, every day. I've experienced pain in my shoulders and neck, for years prior to seeing John. I was in the chiropractors office weekly, only getting maybe an hour or so relief after an adjustment.
It took about a month of visits. There was increased pain, which I expected. Now I am PAIN FREE in my neck and shoulders and doing my job doesn't hurt me anymore! Highly recommend to anyone that can't seem to find relief!

I met the good doctor at a job fair last October. He seemed very knowledgeable so I filled out some paperwork and waited for a call back. I'm still waiting. A couple weeks later my daughter was in a car accident so I called the only chiropractor I knew in the area and was told they were booking three weeks out (for new clients). He may very well be the best chiropractor in Rapids but, with customer service like that, I'll never step one foot in their door.

Very down to earth Chiropractic office. He also uses different scanning techniques to see underlying stresses and tensions that might even be unnoticed otherwise. They understand life and how busy it can be. I was a new patient with a short time frame and he got me in consecutive days to address my issues. Very friendly and accommodating. If I have a need for more adjustments in the future, I will be back.
