At age 15, a Doctor of Chiropractic changed my life forever, let me tell you my story. I was wrestling in high school during practice when I injured my spine. A much larger teammate landed on me in an awkward way causing me to develop instant severe pain. This pain in my lower back was debilitating.

Dr. Roc and his team of professionals have given me a great experience with their chiropractic services. Dr. Roc has works with NFL Football professionals, to people in major accidents, to families such as mine. Would 11/10 recommend anyone looking for the best chiropractor in the area and wanting a personable experience every time with and your family!

Dr. Rocchio has given me my life back. I had unbearable pain in my lower back, legs, and neck which prevented me from doing everyday tasks as well as getting a good night's sleep. After just a few sessions with Dr. Rocchio, my pain is almost completely gone and I get a good night's sleep every night. Unfortunately, there are people (including some in the medical field) who do not support chiropractic care.
I believe that lack of education or lack of personal experiences is the reason for this. After years of injury and abuse to my spinal column, I became a candidate for spinal fusion. I did not want to go through this type of surgery so I chose chiropractic care instead. I have had chiropractic care in the past and realize that not all chiropractic care is the same.
The most important aspect of chiropractic care is the trust you have in your chiropractor. Without a doubt, I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Greg Rocchio. His firm but gentle chiropractic techniques are far superior to most chiropractors' techniques. His passion to educate his clients and to bring about healthier lifestyle changes for his clients is truly phenomenal.
The facilities and staff at Naugatuck Family Chiropractic Center are truly remarkable. It is a clean and friendly environment with emphasis on patient care and education. Dr. Rocchio is the best man on the planet. When I was younger I suffered from a very painful fall and I had pains for months just sitting. After two months of being in pain I decided to come to Dr. Rocchio and he adjusted me and within a few minutes my pain was gone. Ever since then I try to go as much as my schedule allows and this man taught me that chiropractic adjustments are the best way to go to live a healthy and happy life :-
