Dr Jones is passionately concerned and dedicated to helping reduce pain for his patients and there loved ones. While his office may seem a bit cramped, it is only because he wants to utilize every inch with the tools, resources and technology to help you too feel better fatst. I highly recommend Dr. Shawn Jones to help you reduce pain too!

If I could give less than a one star rating I would. The facility seems disorganized and poorly ran. The equipment is tightly crammed into rooms that aren't very private. I had a random stranger watching me the entire time I was on a machine. Awkward. I never saw Dr. Jones or Gina Jones the owner. There was only one lady who was answering the phone, running the desk, scheduling appointments, putting everyone on machines and taking notes of patient visits.
She seemed overwhelmed and unable to give proper patient attention. When I called back to reschedule an appointment I had to cancel due to bad weather she was too busy to take my call and said she would call me back. She never did. Fine. I tried calling again yesterday to schedule my remaining two appointments and explained my situation via voice mail. Dr. Jones returned my call purely focused on explaining to me why I was wrong in expecting a call back and how it was my fault I never got scheduled.
He was rude and condescending to me so I told him I would like a refund for my prepaid visits. He was unapologetic, kept talking over me while I was voicing my frustration, blamed me for not being able to schedule an appointment, told me he was too busy to speak with me then rudely hung up on me. Wow, guess customer service isn't his specialty. Talk about how this guy made me feel like I wasn't a valuable customer and my business wasn't appreciated. I will never go here again and will quickly advise against anyone else who considers it. This kind of customer service won't get you far.

I haven't had a bad experience at Dr. Shawn's office ever, and I've been brought to him by my parents for years. He's always kind and funny, and positive with each patient. I go to him regularly for adjustments and foot baths, and to get more tuna fish oil as well as any other supplements my body needs. I would recommend him to anybody with back problems, nutritional problems, or even weight problems since he got that new lipo laser in a private room that melts fat. If you're not a patient already, I suggest you give him a try; there's always an offer for new clients to try his holistic methods out.
