Dr. Koester and the team have been so helpful to me. I came in December 2021 with severe hip issues while running. He diagnosed and set up a treatment plan for me with the priority on getting me back running. I'm happy to say I'm back to my normal marathon training within just 2-3 months! The entire team is extremely friendly and I cannot recommend more.

I have gone to Dr. Koester for 8 years now and have had an amazing experience every time. You can tell he cares a lot about his patients needs and makes sure they get the best care possible. The staff is so welcoming and ready to help with whatever you may need!

Dr Koester is great, explains the issues I'm having and answers all the questions I throw at him. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating with the schedule. Location makes appointments convenient, with so many other businesses in the area I often make a few stops before and after my appointment to check things off the To Do list.

I am a new patient at Long Hollow, only a few sessions. I initially decided to try them out based on there location and good reviews. It did not take long to realize, I love this place. Everyone is so personable and the chiropractor is great. I have terrible back pain, frequent headache, carpal tunnel syndrome and indigestion. After my first appointment, I immediately noticed an improvement in my indigestion which was acting up during my visit.

I have only been a few times but have already noticed my headaches are no longer daily, indigestion is much less frequent and my hand hasn't been falling asleep at night. I love that I have not been pressured to commit to a long term expensive improvement plan like most chiropractor's do. I highly recommend this place!

Over the last 50 years I have been to many, many chiropractors but Dr Koester is the best ever! He really cares about me as an individual. He listens carefully and compassionately and treats with great skill. His office is immaculate and you never have to sit and wait for more than a few minutes. His staff, Kelly, is so efficient and delightful. I'll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Koester did some amazing work! First visit is in the books. I'm excited to go back. We discussed stretches to help me before the long Christmas drive coming up in a few days and exercises to help my posture once my hips get level. Staff is genuinely caring about your health and well-being. Dr. Koester is great, wants to help in any way possible, goes above and beyond to help you get feeling better. I had several therapeutic massages from Maggie as well for sore neck and back muscles and she is awesome. And Kelly at the front desk is always pleasant, friendly and goes above our expectations of helping not only myself but several of our family members.

They always make you feel like family, Kelly the nurse is amazing and so sweet! And Maggie the massage therapist Is the best in the game not to mention she's got a heart of gold if you choose to talk during session. And dr k there's not Enough words to explain how good he's been to me and my family at fixing our backs and as a person.e and my wife were having trouble getting pregnant a couple sessions with Dr k and we got pregnant! He knows stuff about the body I didn't know chiropractors knew, and he's not only a chiropractor he's an actual licensed dr so it's comforting.
