Dr Alfono and his staff are excellent! Very personable, make you feel very comfortable and are extremely informative about the process. I had no idea what to expect from a Chiropractor when I first made the appointment, I can say for sure that I am glad I chose Dr Alfono and LaPlata Family Chiropractic.

My family has known this practice since around '95, inclusive of me starting before I was in my teens. It's fair enough to say that I am one of Dr. Frank Alfano's children for basically knowing him all my life. He kept scoliosis at bay for me even through maintenance on home visits while in college. This practice has always been professional with a family feeling.

Even though I live out-of-state, upon a recent visit, I was impressed with being in the care of not only Dr. Frank Alfano but also his son, Dr. Christian Alfano! Still impressed and wish I could maintain the same care where I currently reside. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area.or even willing to travel.

Dr is misdiagnosing, he said I have a herniated disk, so obviously I went to the doctors office and she said he was completely wrong. He spends the whole appointment going over "problems" then has staff give a cheap electric shock therapy, all I wanted was to have my spine adjusted. Young man who "adjusted" did a very poor job. Nothing out of the ordinary I could do at home and barely tried to even correct my lower back issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Front staff very passive aggressive. If you don't have insurance do not go! They hide the real price of the appointment, it's $95.00 not $70.00 like stated online, an added on $25 for "pads" for the electric machine that doesn't do anything (that's part of the appointment not informed in the in initial price). Scam! Don't let him steal your money!

Referred here by multiple long standing clients, and could not be any more pleased. This is one of the first times I have ever had a doctor take the time to explain how and what they are going to do and why I am experiencing the pain that I am, in a way that is easy to process and understand. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone in the PT room is very welcoming and they are quick to learn a new face. Highly recommend this practice!

LaPlata Family Chiropractor is AMAZING! I came to them with severe back pain and I feel so much better after my treatments with them. They not help make your pain go away, they are the most friendliest group of people I have ever encountered in the medical field. I am truly grateful God has led me to this practice.

The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and well maintained and caution is maintained regarding COVID protocols. I have been a patient for 8 months and during this time the chronic neck and back pain I had experienced for years has now been alleviated with treatment and maintenance. I always have excellent service, very short wait time if any at all. The office has a family vibe to it, everyone that works at Dr A's office have great attitudes. All the staff will go out of their way to help you any way they can. I would not think of going anywhere else. I have been going to Dr A's for three years and will continue for many more.

Coming from car accident in which doctor's just want to throw medicine at you and not fix the problem. This office took the time to help fix the problem I was having not try to mask it. The office is professional and after my second visit it felt like I was part of a family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great chiropractor.

I have been going to Dr. A., Dr. C. and their team for more than a few years now. They have literally saved my career. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years, and more recently as a dental hygienist over the last 8 years. It has really taken a toll on my body, and I was almost ready to give up my career before coming across their office online.

Because of them, I am able to work without being in constant pain, and I know my career has been extended. Above being exceptional clinically, they always make you feel at home when you are there. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

I first saw Dr. Alfano after a car accident in the 90s. He put my mind (and pain) at ease after several weeks of adjustments, stretching, and rest. I was always impressed how he remembered even small details, called me by name when I walked in the door, and asked about my family. Both he and the staff, especially Tonya, made me feel at ease, welcomed, and always a priority.

After moving out of the area and returning nearly 15 years later, I quickly made an appointment. To my surprise, Dr. Alfano was in the same location, now joined by his son (an equally impressive Chiro) and Tonya was still there, too! I'm happy to report I'm a regular again and feel at home like I did all those years ago. Dr. Alfano (both of them) are wonderful people and you owe it to yourself to get on their schedule. A+ across the board!

Drs Alfano and Alfano are absolute professionals in their treatments and demeanors. As a sufferer of long term back and neck pain along with chronic headaches, I rely on chiropractic care to keep me moving and comfortable. Their extremely gentle technique is excellent for people with "pop and crack anxiety" and, in my opinion, the adjustments last longer than with traditional techniques. (And their therapy and administrative staff is pretty awesome as well!)

Was recommend by a friend to go here, they do an awesome job, and their methods are better than that of most normal chiropractic places, they really give the best care to help you alleviate pain and focus on prevention as well would recommend to anyone in back or neck pain

I have been coming to this establishment for over a year now. I have an extensive amount of back pain, as I have rods and a fusion in my spine from a very bad accident. I am very cautious about who touches my back because of my hardware and issues. I was experiencing a massive amount of pain and was very desperate to get help.
