Arsenault Family Chiropractic Centers opened in 1995 to serve North Hampton and Portsmouth with a natural approach to health and healing. There are numerous forms of health care available today. Too often, people think of being reactive about their health, seeking care only once they have become sick or experience pain. Chiropractic takes a proactive approach to your well-being. Dr. Arsenault removes interference to your nervous system and improves your overall joint function.
Dr. Arsenault is a third-generation chiropractic physician that grew up admiring chiropractic's healthy lifestyle and natural healing. Some of my earliest memories are listening to my grandfather, uncle, and father all discussing the art and science of chiropractic care. The value of wellness and structural health is not something I learned later in life, but something I have lived and experienced my entire life.
Dr. Arsenault is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, which is called the "Fountainhead of Chiropractic." It's where the entire profession began, and many people seek out practitioners who have attended this institution. Our patients love having access to the ProAdjuster technique. It is a system of analyzation and correction that locates subluxations, then makes the precise adjustment you need in a very comfortable way.

I recently suffered from a debilitating bout of plantar fasciitis. When I went in to their office on Feb. 20, 2022 I was almost completely unable to bear weight on my right foot, severely limping. I called Aresenault Family Chiropractic as I heard they had the TRT-Softwave device which uses shockwaves to promote healing in damaged tissue. Less than 2 months later, after 8 sessions, I am 90% better.
It was so worth it and I would highly recommend this treatment if you are suffering with plantar fasciitis. The staff at AFC is knowledgeable and kind. Thank you all for your help in healing this foot! Now I can get back to doing the things I love to do :

SAVED ME FROM SURGERY! After MANY Dr. visits, MRIs, and finally a diagnosis that my only solution was surgery, I came to Dr. Mark. This office was the first to give me hope, solved my pain issues, and I DID NOT NEED SURGERY! I am back to golf and fishing, and that's all I need! Fantastic staff as well. I would give them 50 stars if I could.

I am writing this to encourage anyone with back pain from a bulging disc and has had an MRI and contemplating back surgery, to investigate Spinal Decompression at this office before you do surgery. I am very glad I did! I had no idea this treatment existed, and after 15 treatments I am happy to say I am back to my happy, active pain-free self! The staff is very thorough and helpful.
Insurance did not pay for these treatments, but it does cover spinal adjustments. The office worked out a payment plan, and getting back my regular activity level and work schedule is well worth it. Highly recommend for back pain relief!

Highly recommend this office! Dr. Mark gives a complete and thorough approach to actually fixing problems. I had seen a few Drs. previously for chronic neck and back pain, and this office was the first one to outline a true treatment plan that lasts and fixes my issues. The staff is helpful, and they schedule appointment times with smarts SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT!

I am happy to recommend this office! I was referred here by a friend after complaining of neck and upper back pain. I am an avid yogi, and my yoga practice wasn't able to keep up with my neck problems. After seeing Dr. Mark, I am back to my pain-free self, and am even free of my acid reflux, which I had no idea would be helped here. Kim and the rest of the staff are so helpful, I am thrilled to pass on this fantastic referral!

I am traveling on business, and had sudden extreme pain in my neck that was prohibiting my work. A local co-worker recommended this office, and I am happy to do the same. The staff was extremely helpful getting me in right away, and the Dr. was able to give me great relief in the first visit. I will be returning a few more times before leaving for home. I highly recommend the techniques utilized in this office, both effective and gentle when you are in pain. Highly recommend

Did not want to do this review but please be forewarned: no matter how much pain you are in, do NOT sign a contract. You will be charged for services even if you are not able to go to the office, and will not win a credit card dispute (I tried). The services are helpful and the doctor knowledgeable, but not appropriately 'canceling' in their contractual terms impacted me by hundreds of dollars.
My only recourse is this review. The credit card company specifically noted how "vague" the Arsenault responses were. Such dispute agents clearly know more than the rest of us, and have more experience with merchants of all types, so please be careful.

My family has been seeing Dr. Mark for years! Having been a lifelong chiropractic patient, I chose this office for the many different health services Arsenault Chiropractic offers. like Laser therapy, and muscle testing, not to mention the custom foot orthotics! (Everyone in my family has atleast one pair!) This office offers very high quality supplements as well!
I can honestly say Dr. Mark is the most dynamic chiropractor I've seen. We are always seen on time, and the staff is very nice. My insurance doesn't cover many chiropractic visits, however Arsenault Chiropractic has made it affordable for my family to receive regular chiropractic care without breaking the bank. We are seen weekly~ and with 2 young and very physically active boys, there are lots of spinal misalignments no matter what! Chiropractic keeps us healthy and moving pain free! I would recommend Dr. Mark and his staff to anyone and Everyone!
