Had been going to him for almost 10 years. My insurance company screwed up and didn't pay him 8.16 two times. Had a dog emergency the day before our last appointment. Sent him a text message the day before had to cancel. He was mad that the insurance company owed him total of 16.32. So he got rude with me then told me no longer taking us as patients.

My wife had a 60 dollars credit because I used to pay him ahead of time for her deductible. Sent me the 60 dollars back. Told us we were no longer allowed to go to his office. Don't make sense and was very RUDE

Dr. Hengel and his staff are incredibly personable. I, like most people, don't really enjoy going to the doctor. After receiving high quality medical care from Dr. Hengel and working with an efficient, cheerful office staff, it's difficult to walk out of Hengel Family Chiropractic without a smile. I'd rate this office 10-star if I could.

If you really want to feel better. We would highly recommended Hengel Chiropractic. Our results came in one third the treatment time. That was required by other clinics.
