I went to Armstrong Chiropractic because I had pain from sciatica. They took x-rays and showed me what was causing the pain. I received treatment over the next few weeks, and I finally got relief from the sciatica pain. I've been going there ever since to remain pain-free. I took my son there when he was 3 weeks old and he was FABULOUS with him! Everything went so smoothly, I was so surprised! I went this week and again. an EXCELLENT experience! Had me all fixed up and out the door in no time and also provided all the answers to my questions that I needed as well as advice that hit the nail on the head! Out of all the chiropractors I've been to, he has definitely been the most helpful all the way around :. I definitely recommend him to family and friends.anyone!

Best chiropractor in Bell County! I've been dealing with back pain for several years now and he takes care of me every time. Steve is not only a wonderful chiropractor but most importantly he's a great person who surrounds himself with awesome people such as his staff and his wife Lisa. Steve is just a great guy! I have been seeking chiropractic assistance for over 40 years. I have had two back surgeries and have had several injuries dues to sports and work related accidents. Dr. Armstrong is very thorough and professional in his care for his patients. He takes x-rays prior to any treatment and has diagnosed my problems. My treatment experiences have been very positive and he has enabled me to be free of pain. Glad we are team members!

Love Dr. Armstrong. He is so friendly but very professional. All of his staff are so sweet. They make you feel comfortable and right at home. I was in so much pain before seeing Dr. Armstrong and in a matter of weeks with adjustments and therapy sessions, I was able to walk without ANY pain! I highly recommend him! And he takes most insurance plans.
