After practicing in South Orange for 2 years, wanted to move back out to the country and Sparta fit the bill. Place used insurance jargon and didn't flat out say my insurance wasn't covered. They also sell MLM items out of their establishment. Selling health and wellness for $45 a visit is outrageous. I stupidly paid that for Dr. Eric to spend 5 min cracking my back. My experience here taught me what to look out for and what to stay away from in the future.

Dr. Eric ensures you are thoroughly evaluated and recommends a specific and personalized course of treatment for you before ever adjusting you. His assessment is extremely detailed. He leaves no stone unturned and is very transparent with what commitments you need to make in order to heal properly. This is not a "quick fix" or "band aid on a bullet wound" kind of practice. Dr. Eric is committed to the bigger picture.

The staff here is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Eric is a great chiropractor and has a wealth of information on many aspects of improving your health. This is a wonderful practice and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The entire staff is professional and welcoming. They are concerned about you as a person and your well being. When I arrived for my first appointment I could not even hold my head erect enough to complete the paper work. Dr. Eric had me ice the area for 2 days as he said if he were to work on me at that time it would cause me more harm.
I followed the advice and returned 2 days later. As I left his office I was able to walk out with my head erect. I had several follow up visits and am doing very well. I continue to see the doctor for follow up visits and am feeling fine. You will be happy you chose Sparta Chiropractic and Wellness

Dr. Eric has helped me tremendously. Doctor Eric and the entire staff here are fantastic! Complete professionals even down to the way they answer the phone. While at the same time you feel at home and part of a nice family environment not just a number.everything was explained in a way that was understandable.with a custom portfolio that included my results.not generic information. and importantly my pain and the underlying problem was addressed and diagnosed right away.who knew my spine was out of whack but treatable.now I know and can't say enough about Sparta Chiropractic, Dr Eric and entire staff. Dr Eric is truly amazing. I've seen many different chiropractors over the years and none can compare. He is gentle but doesn't over adjust. He also wants to see you out of pain. He also has a PT approach with things- in the sense of stretches and what to do at home to help. He only does what is necessary! Always a great conversation but also gets you out in time. Love the staff too! They are always super helpful, patient and accommodating! Love Sparta chiropractic! Would highly recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

The first visit included a through exam, xray and a digital scan. I didn't have to wait and the staff is upbeat and happy. My second visit was amazing. I have never had a doctor go through findings in detail with me and discuss my plan of care. I was worried about my insurance, Rebecca at the desk checked my insurance for me and I was able to choose the best financial plan for me.
After seeing my digital results, I was adjusted. I have been to chiropractors since I was 13 and most could not get everything to move, but Dr Eric was able to help me. I feel great and look forward to my appointments.
