A Healthy Back

He's been my Chiropractor for 15 years, been getting Chiro and acupuncture all along. He has kept me out of my chronic pain ever since I started.

Patient communication was very lacking the Dr barely spoke ten words to me. I received little to no relief after treatment. I have received acupuncture on several occasions at a different location and always found relief. I filled all new patient forms online prior to my arrival and yet I was charged for a new patient consult. Which I already stated I probably only had ten words spoke to me while there.

I tried to email them with my concerns and the email address provided on their website was invalid. I called and spoke with the Dr to express my thoughts and asked question, the answer was basically come back, spend more money and we'll try again.

Everybody that works here was very nice and the massage chair was great. Only reason I'm leaving a negative review is because they failed to adjust my back or hip and ended up using a laser which gave me zero relief.

I went earlier this year. They claimed they could help fibromyalgia and at this point I was willing to try anything. I really wanted the ultrasound? Laser therapy? For muscle skeletal pain whatever was on their site. I was told by my general doctor to make sure my neck isn't cracked due to my symptoms. I told him in our brief meeting which I felt was glossed over.

But my issue is the trust. I asked you NOT to do something and it was not taken into consideration. The chiropractor while checking my neck said it was stiff and cracked it. I had explicity said no and it was ignored. He cracked my other side right after. I was told dazed to say anything. It was a loud sicking crack. Even the lady there who I assume was the assistant grimaced.

He told her to use the machine that I wanted and it felt like a vibration not doing much. Then had me go on in a massage chair. I guess that was nice. I could feel the burning, sweating, and the twitching in my back. I got home and got to the couch and could not get up. I had a spasm starting and was taken to urgent care to get a steroid shot and put on some muscle relaxers.

For 100$ or whatever I was in pain. I never went back again. If you have fibromyalgia/cfs, I would skip this place. Maybe it will help you. But this place did not and felt they took advantage of my condition.

Wonderful patient treatment. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Dr. Twaddle is excellent and really cares for his patients. The massage chair is heavenly! I look forward to my weekly visit. My pain is almost completely gone.

When I saw Dr. Twaddell he asked me inappropriate questions that made me feel very uncomfortable, and I felt sexually harassed. He did not touch me unprofessionally to my knowledge, but some of the things he said to me were glaringly unprofessional. Had I read one negative review that mentioned anything like this, I would not have gone to see him. My intent is to keep others from having a negative experience like I did.

I am a retired soldier who have suffered with back problems for years (while serving in the military and after retirement ). I did not get any relief until I went to A healthy back, with Dr Twadell. The acupuncture that I receive twice a week helps me tremendously. Prior to going to him I could not even pick up anything off the floor, now I can. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs relief from back pain. Oh and not to mention the professionalism. It is great! They make u feel so welcome. Having my laser treatments were life saving. They helped me to identify the main reason for my lack of weight loss. And just following there simple steps along with the laser treatments, I was able to shed 20 pounds within our first round. They know there stuff and I recommend them to all who ask how I lost the weight.

I can honestly say the staff acted as if they do care. I never had a acupuncture before and the staff made me feel at home. I can't wait until my next appointment. First time in over 2 years that I have felt so amazing!

I've been going to Dr. Twaddle for years for my back pain. When I first went to him, my upper back felt like somebody was stabbing it repeatedly. I got adjustment and cold laser treatment three time in the first week, and the pain diminished to barely noticeable. I've been going to upkeep treatment ever since. Everybody in the office have always been extremely nice also.

I was skeptical about the pain relief laser. I've had a sore ankle for years from old sports injuries and bone spurs had developed which added to the discomfort. I couldn't 'back pedal' (run backwards) without pain. After one 10 minute session with the laser(not hot) I stood up and tested the ankle. To my surprise, 90% of the pain was gone. The ankle was more mobile than it had been in years.

Even when I returned to playing ball on it, the effects lasted. I returned for another session six weeks later and now it's been two months since then and the ankle is still feeling great. The non-invasive, comfortable procedure was very effective for me. The relief of pain is a great thing. I recommend this treatment.
