Firstly, my back is so much better! I had a very hard time walking and now I can take on WalMart! So the physical results are great. Secondly, everyone there is so nice and friendly. I have really felt like part of their family.

Great doctors and friendly staff. They know your name when you walk in the door and greet you with a smile. The doctors are responsive when I mention something that bothers my neck or back. Highly recommend!

It was my first time and everyone from the front desk to the chiropractor was super nice and helpful! I was able to book my appointment online and they called me shortly after and told me I was able to fill out new patient paperwork online so when I got to the office I can go straight back! That was a great time saver! The chiropractor took his time and ensured I was aware of the treatment plan and walked me through the entire process.

He was personable and very helpful! The whole appointment was about 45 minutes which was the perfect amount of time in my opinion. Previous chiropractors I went to would have me in and out in under 15 minutes and no issues resolved or treatment plan discussed. This office was 10/10! Definitely recommend

Been coming here for a little over a year now and have only had the best experience. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. Treatments are definitely effective! Currently 8 months pregnant now and comparing how I feel to my last pregnancy is like night and day. Before, I couldn't stand or sit without sharp pain starting around 6/7 months. in.

This practice has been a Godsend to me. I have disc problems and have suffered for years, so chiropractic is a must in my life. I was traveling a lot further for a flexion/distraction table until I realized there was an office right in Huntersville with one! Dr. Tyler has been the most awesome Chiropractor, but I have seen all the doctors there and they are wonderful!

The staff are professional and friendly, I have never had a single problem. I have been to 2 other offices in the area and this one beats them all hands down. Neal also does excellent work. They all treat me like a person and not just another patient. When you're in pain, a friendly smile and a listening ear make all the difference, and the care is excellent.

They are great. They did a thorough exam and x-rays, came up with a game plan that was best for my treatment. The game plan is was so dead on, I started feeling better just after a few visits.

This is such an incredible office. The people are amazing and professional and the doctors are really knowledgeable and good at what they do. I can't express how much that we have been impressed by the overall service and care that has been shown to myself and my son over the past few months. My son was diagnosed with mono last October with extreme pain in his joints and finally settling in his upper back. He was in constant pain and after endless doctors visits no one had answers. Finally after six months they concluded that he had a new strand of mono that had left a lingering virus that had settled in his back.

I first thought to come to Ballas because they would give massages at the school I worked at during teacher appreciation week. When my back pain returned, I reached out to them and had nothing but positive experiences. What I liked most was that they offered rehab. I had visited another professional in the CLT area and was given an outdated photocopy of a list of stretches to perform at home. Ballas is by far one of the leading chiropractic teams in Charlotte. I was introduced to Ballas Chiropractic after a car accident last year. I have worked with all the doctors at Ballas Chiropractic and they are all very knowledgeable, have a great process, excellent and very caring! The whole team/staff is awesome! As odd as it may sound I am glad my accident introduced me to them!

I went to Ballas because of chronic pain in my lower back. I first checked with my medical provider to make sure chiropractic was covered. It stated I was allowed 15 adjustments per year with just a co-pay. I met with the Ballas team (2 visits) and was pleased with my experience. I had never had a spinal adjustment before. The doctor was professional and courteous.

He sat down and developed a plan for me that included adjustments, massages and rehabilitation. Total out-of-pocket cost came to $1,000. When I explained to Ballas that I could only afford the treatments covered by my health insurance (adjustments), they told me I had to do the complete plan or nothing at all. I was shocked that they would turn away a patient, but they did.

I was also over charged on the two visits I had. When brought to their attention, Ballas quickly refunded the over payment. They also apologized and told me they had a new billing system.

After being in so much pain for two months, in one week I started feeling so much better and was pain free not long after that. They truly care about you and have your best interest at heart. Also love the fact that they have a physical therapist, acupuncture, message therapists and so much more under one roof! I had unbelievable results and I know you will too!

I started believing in chiropractic because of Dr. Ballas and his practice. I was in immense pain on my bday eve when I first saw him. It was a Thursday evening when I first saw him and I had plans to travel Monday morning. Dr. Ballas made arrangements to see me both days over the weekend and worked on me to make sure that I can travel on Monday morning. I will recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.

I love how it's not your typical adjust your back and that's it. They have a rehab specialist, massage, acupuncture and so much more. Everyone is super friendly too. After years of being in pain and no chiropractor helping, Dr. Ballas and group pin pointed my problem and taught me how to minimize my pain and I haven't felt this great in years!
