Took my kid there after a Hockey season to look into some nagging aches and pains. It was obvious Dr. Jeff has seen it all/done it all. He was 3 minutes in and had everything figured out. No pressure to repeatedly come back, ever. Prices are reasonable and you will find a difficult time finding someone with more experience. 100% recommended for what its worth.

Dr. Mies, Sarah and the rest of his staff are great! Jeff is the best chiropractor I've ever been to and I will see anyone else. They genuinely care about their patients and you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door!

A long time ago, while living in Saint Cloud, my wife suggested that I go see a chiropractor because I was having headaches and not sleeping well. I grew up in a family that never used chiropractors and used some "colorful" language to label them as quacks. Thankfully my lovely new wife "persuaded" me to go, and said that f I didn't like it, then she'd never bother me again about going.

I was super skeptical, but all it took was one adjustment and I had unbelievable headache relief and slept like a baby for the first time in a long time. I went in every month or two for a "tune up" and I was hooked! I have only one problem with Dr. Mies. He was TOO good! Since graduating from SCSU back in 1996, and going through several moves to Minneapolis, Iowa and now South Dakota, I have had some good chiropractors since then, but he spoiled me and no one has been the same until this year, I was FINALLY able to find someone here in Sioux Falls that compares!

Sometimes I am tempted to take a road trip from Sioux Falls to Saint Cloud, just to try to get in and see if there is a remote chance he could work his magic on my back, and see if he even remembers me!
