Our main focus of care in our office is Chiropractic treatment. Chiropractic health care benefits many musculo-skeletal conditions. Conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, pain/numb/tingling in the arms or legs. Chiropractic care helps with a variety of other conditions as well.
Please inform the receptionist of your arrival before being seated. Before you are seen by the doctor, you will be asked to complete a case history regarding your condition or problem. Some of this information will involve your past medical history. They supply the doctor with essential information about you.
Dr. Geoffrey Sandels has specialized in chiropractic rehabilitation in a family practice setting in Snellville, Georgia since 1983. Dr. Sandels studied under Dr. William Harris of the Foundation for the Advancement of Chiropractic Education. Back Power Master Trainer with the Georgia Safety Council on Back Injury Prevention, a program developed for the National Safety Council.
We accept assigment for services. We are an in-network chiropractic facility in the following managed care insurance companies. Below is a partial list of the most common insurance companies and managed care associations in which we are an in-network chiropractic facility. We also file insurance claims for auto accidents, worker's compensation and Medicare.

This is where you want to have your chiropractic needs treated. Dr. Sandels is by far the most caring and gentle chiropractor me and my 11 year old have ever experienced. His treatment therapies are personalized to meet and treat your specific injury. His professional and friendly staff are well versed on the needs of each and every client. The Beat Chirpractor ever! Dr. Sandals and his team makes you feel like part of their family. Susan is always taking my mom's blood pressure and when my mom's not with me they always ask about her. The office defiantly has a warm welcome. Cora is amazing with helping me remember my apointments. Dr. Sandals gives great adjustments he's really awesome and can't forget his lovely wife who is always friendly.

Dr. Sandels is a liar and crook. Was supposed to be an adjustment and only did xrays on first visit. That's fine whatever, then on the second visit they put me on a massage table popped my neck one time. Then he tools me I would habe too schedule 20 visits over the next 9 weeks for him to help me. Then he charged me double what he is supposed to.

Definitely Recommend, two thumbs up! I went here due to an accident, and was treated so well by everyone in the office! From the first appointment to the last day I was at the office months later, Dr. Sandels and staff were very welcoming, very understanding with my work schedule and were willing to work with me. Everyone is so nice, and Dr. Sandels definitely knows his practice and is very kind. Thank you very much!

I went to Dr. Jim 6 years ago with the real possibilitie of having hip replacement st 51! I have MS but am very active so this was not an option for me. Within 1month 3 times a week I was on my way and 60% better within the next 2 months at 2 times a week I was 100 % I moved and have to travel almost an hour to get there now for my "tune ups"! So I can be pain free and doing my thing! I trust him with my life and highly recommend him.

I have had some issues finding a Chiropractor who could properly adjust each of my problem areas. Since coming to Heritage Chiropractic Clinic my my mind has been at ease! Dr. Sandels not only can properly adjust each of my trouble areas, but he takes as much time as needed during each visit to make sure that everything is well. The staff are excellent and friendly and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking chiropractic care!

I messed up my back so bad I had to crawl back into my truck. The next day, I found my way to Dr. Sandels. 2 weeks later, after learning I had a bulging disc, I was back to work driving for UPS thanks to this excellent chiropractor. The staff is awesome, I never wait more than a few minutes and an very pleased with Heritage. Great place!

My wife and I been patients of Dr. Sandels for a number of years now. I've had two back injuries both in the lower back area and his treatments have gotten me back on track to normal work capability and good health. I've been pleased with the transition from pain and being barely able to walk back to being straight and normal again. The clinic staff is among the best anywhere. They are always helpful and polite. For many years, I've recommended chiropractic care and the Heritage Chiropractic Clinic to friends and family.

I have been treated superbly at Heritage Chiropractic! The staff is very professional and greets you with a smile. I had a terribly painful pinched nerve in my neck in May. Thanks to Dr Sandels and spinal decompression, I am nearly 100% again. I am so glad that I found their clinic - the thought of more drastic treatment did not appeal to me at all.
