If you are living with chronic back pain then chiropractic care in Chesapeake might be a good treatment option. Almost everyone will experience some form of back pain, ranging from slightly irritating to completely crippling, in their lifetime. Whatever the degree of pain you are experiencing and whether it is acute or has become chronic, at the very least you would probably rather live without it.
Headaches are not fun, and migraines are another level of awful. Living with either of these issues can make you feel grumpy, and in the worst-case scenario, leave you unable to function. Medication may help in the short term, but when the problem is ongoing or re-occurring, pills are generally not enough.
You know the old saying, "It's a pain in the neck"? Well, when you live with neck pain long enough, you know its important to find the best chiropractor in Chesapeake. Neck pain can make even the simplest of movements involving the neck, head, arms, shoulders, and back excruciatingly difficult. Neck problems can lead to headaches, upper body discomfort and sore muscles.

Dr. Stewart and his staff are nice, but he doesn't spend enough careful, thorough, and proper time actually making physical adjustments along the spine - popping things into proper alignment. There is about a grand total of 1 minute or less focusing on the adjusting of the spine. The majority of your short 20 minute visit is spent on a nerve stimulator, then a little bit of time on a roller table, and then after the short adjustments, a little time having a tool that feels like a mallet rapidly tapping along the spine (which I've found creates pain more than relieving it).
I have received much more effective chiropractic care in the past, elsewhere, which actually made a difference - increasing my mobility and balance, eliminating my pain, and making me feel an overall improvement in my health. And the largest difference was that the other practice took their time and carefully adjusted the entire spine with powerful adjustments that actually made a difference, instead of wimpy ones performed by this doctor, which don't seem to make any difference.
I do not have any such results from this chiropractor, and his non-traditional, symptomatic-approach. I've been receiving contractual treatments/"care" for several months now (1-2 times per week), and don't feel any better than when I first started going. This practice feels like a money-pit. I do not recommend Dr. Stewart.
