These forms will tell us about your general health history as well as your current problem. There is a sheet to mark your current problem so we know exactly what you are experiencing. If you have questions about anything don't hesitate to ask when you arrive for your appointment. The increased complexity of automobile accidents require an extra set of paperwork.
The first thing you will need to do is fill out our new patient paperwork. It can be downloaded here. As soon as they are completed you will be moved into a private room for a consultation with one of the doctors. If this is a Personal Injury case you will need these papers. If your injury is work related and will be turned into your employers workers compensation you will need therse papers. During your consultation with the doctor you will be asked questions about your health history, past accidents and injuries, your current health.
We provide spinal correction utilizing up to date chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As Doctors of Chiropractic, Dr. Brian Tinius and Dr. Larry Tinius have years of training and experience in spinal adjustment. We teach our patients specific exercises designed just for you to help strengthen and correct your own unique problem.
Below is important information on caring for your spine while doing things you do everyday. A home posture check is a very easy thing to do in your own home. If you find any postural changes in yourself, your family or your friends it is recommended that they be checked by trained chiropractors such as the doctors at Tinius Chiropractic Center.

I'm fairly new to Owensboro and I picked Tinius Chiropractic Center because it was close to my house. What an unexpected surprise. The first time I went it was an emergency and I couldn't even drive myself there. After a couple x rays the Dr assessed my needed treatment and began working on my adjustments. I'm 61, began working underground coal mines at age 18, so I've been pretty steady with chiropractors.
I saw the senior Dr. Tinius my first few a visits and he had me feeling much better instantly. I've seen the younger Dr. Tinius several times and I would highly recommend these two "miracle workers" to anyone. I'm a firm believer in the science of Chiropracticity. These two Doctors are amazing and their staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional. I'm sorry 5 stars is all the app will let me give! Amazing people, Amazing service! Rick Spain
