Dr. Corbin does my DOT physicals. He renewed mine 2/25/22. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I've very comfortable around him and he's able to answer any questions I might have due to having DOT regulations constantly changing. He'll always do mine and I would recommend him with 5 stars. Especially if you've got a CDL and trying to stay in compliance.

Had to get another dot physical due to losing the medical examiner page. Needed it to transfer my cdl from Texas to Arkansas. Did a walk-in no appointment. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Luckily they were open bc it was raining ice pellets. Would definitely recommend this place for DOT Physical.
