Since day one I have been treated like family. I feel very comfortable coming here. I drive 45 mins just to come here because they are that great.

Dr Kristen is superb at what she does. The staff is very professional and they operate a well organized office.

The best decision I made during my pregnancy! Around the begging on my second trimester I started getting horrible lower back pain. I had been to Giles in the past and remembered them saying they offered prenatal chiropractic care, so I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Kristen you explained how chiropractic care during pregnancy would not only help my lower back pain but would help my child stay in the correct position throughout my pregnancy as well.

Towards the end of my third trimester I also had a lot of pain and pressure on my pelvic bone as my daughter started to drop. Dr. Kristen was able to adjust my pelvic bone and give me back my mobility. If your pregnant and want to avoid all those aches and pains that go along with body constantly moving, I highly recommend checking out what Chiropractic care can offer you!

Im a mother of 2 young kids, I have struggled with back pain all my life, but it wasn't until I started having EXTREME headaches that radiated from the back of my skull that I considered going to a chiropractor. Giles got me in with in a few days for my consultation and I'm forever grateful. After they took my Xrays they offered me my 1st adjustment.

They validated all my pains and explained why and where they came from. But the best part was at the end, she adjusted my neck and I felt the pain melt away. I've been going weekly since and have NOT had a single headache since. My spine is curved to the side and my neck has no curve (it should). I'm only a few months into my care and I'm already feeling like a functioning human again.

I live in Fairfield currently and make the drive 2-3 times a week just to be able to see these amazing people. Also, I wanted to note that I wasn't sure how I would make the payments at 1st but they worked with me to figure it out. I truly believe they want what's best for all of their clients!

I have been seeing Dr. Kristen for the past two months and I am so thankful to have found her! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and I started dealing with horrible sciatic nerve pain around 24 weeks. It was so bad that I could barely walk, stand, sit, drive or really do anything without being in excruciating pain. My OBGYN recommended I start physical therapy and said if I had a chiropractor that I trusted that would probably help to.

I could see in the mirror how out of alignment my hips were and I knew that a chiropractor would help relieve my pain sooner than physical therapy would. I started searching the Napa area for prenatal chiropractors and Giles Chiropractic seemed like the best option. Thankfully they were able to get me in just a few days after I called! I went in for my consultation and first adjustment around 26 weeks and I had a great experience. Dr. Kristen recommended that I come back weekly until things started to improve significantly, and after just two visits we were able to push it out to bi-weekly visits because I was feeling so much better!

After my first adjustment I was driving home and I felt baby do a huge flip, and I'm almost certain that she turned head down at that point and she's been head down ever since. She had been sideways up until then, and her head was always on my right side which I know contributed to my hips being out of alignment and the sciatic pain that I was experiencing.

I am so thankful for the relief that Dr. Kristen was able to provide me, and I plan to continue seeing her until baby is born as well as after to make sure that everything gets back to where it needs to be. I can't recommend her highly enough, especially if you are expecting and dealing with any sort of back, hip, or sciatic pain! She was a life saver for me and I only wish that I had gone to see her sooner. Kristen and Paul Giles are the best chiropractors I have ever seen. I have been impressed with their thorough diagnostic procedures including xrays. The pain I suffered from in my neck and hip are immensely better. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Kristen and Dr. Paul have helped make my back pain free. The exams they provide are thorough and include x-rays. The office is exceptionally clean, and the staff is friendly!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My friend gifted me a certificate from this place that had an expiration date of 2/13/2020. I didn't have any days off to go in when she gave it to me and finally when I get a day off I call to hopefully schedule a same day appointment. She says they are booked, which is fine, and that she has nothing open until Monday the 17th.

I ask if they could honor the gift certificate since I am trying to book and it's before the technical expiration date. She says yes she can ask them and call me back to let me know. She calls me back and says that they won't be able to honor the certificate and I'm just going to have to let it expire. I can take accountability and say I should've called earlier but this business should've been able to accommodate me since on the certificate there's nothing that says I need to book in advance to get my appointment. I've worked in customer relations for a long time and I've ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my guests.

Really crappy way to treat someone. Super shady and they know they could've accommodated me by extending the certificate a measly 4 extra days til their next opening. Will never go here and would give 0 stars if I could for the lack of service and ethics. #trash

I've been seeing Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristen for a couple months now and I can't say enough great things about them. They have been super upfront with me about my treatment, my progress and the cost. I've been to several chiropractors here in Napa and in the Peninsula, and it's the best treatment I've received by far. The weekly follow ups are personalized and thoughtful, and not to mention the front staff is on top of it of everything. They are real advocates for us, the patient.

Wasted my time going to this office. I was told that my consultation was free. FYI I was not told that on the phone, when I called for my appointment, I was told that in my "consultation". That free consultation consisted of two receptionist going over the fee's that I was going to be charred. Doesn't a consultation consist of going over my medical needs?

I felt like I was at a used car dealer that was trying to sell me something by fluffing up what I would receive for my first $130, which did not include any type of adjustment. I stated clearly when I called that I was in a lot of pain. I was there for pain relief, not a sales pitch. I left without treatment, my choice, but I did go in thinking I would get an adjustment to help me be able to move my neck. Nope!

Staff is amazing very polite and personable! Dr's are great, patient, and understanding! Highly recommend.

Been going to Chiropractors for years, this clinic gets an all around high rating, doctors are thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. One review said they didn't feel welcome. It's just the opposite, the staff and Dr's treat all friendly, it couldn't be better. The adjustments are extremely effective, girls at front end are very helpful with great attitudes. Their followup is great, never pushy but always friendly reminders.

Just started coming here after a car accident last week but so far I love Dr. Kristin and her adjustments as well as the other helpful staff. Easy access to their office off of Redwood road.

I originally started going to Giles Chiropractic because my baby was in a breach position but on top of that I was in so much pain due to pregnancy, I could hardly walk. They got me in right away and with in 30 minutes after leaving on the first day I was COMPLETELY back pain free and was walking without waddling! Now only a few weeks later, my baby has turned head down and ready to go. Plus the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone takes a moment to to say hi. I highly recommend Dr Kristen and Dr Paul. They truly are amazing.

I recently started going to Giles Chiropractic mostly because of sore wrists. A friend told me that it could be related to my spine. This was my first experience with Chiropractic care and I must say it has been a positive one. They are very friendly and professional. After one treatment I felt a difference and now I have had several and I am feeling an enormous relief.

Who knew that your neck and spine could have an impact on your wrists! Dr Paul called me on his day off after my first adjustment just to check in. I was impressed. Staff is very nice as well. I recommend you schedule a consultation if you are in any kind of pain!

I have to say that this office is one of the best quiropractict ever! Dr. Cristy and her husband Paul are very caring and sensitive for the pation pain is almost like they know what is going wrong with you. I have been a patient and my family for the past 5 years and I would not change them for nothing in the world! They have help me heal my spine my knees my shoulders and most of all they have helps us with my husband limph node a type of cancer that has been slowly but surely going away their advise have been greatly appreciate.

Love Dr Kristin and Dr Paul. I started going to Giles Chiropractic about a year and a half ago. I was trying to get pregnant and it was over a year of trying. My OBGYN suggested fertility treatments which did not interest me. I did some online research and found Giles. I was pregnant after six weeks of chiropractic treatment. I continued treatment throughout the pregnancy and had an amazing healthy pregnancy. Gave birth to a healthy baby boy who received his first adjustment at 7 days old. He now is adjusted once a month! He is eight months old and extremely healthy. I would highly recommend Giles Family Chiropractic.

Not what I expected. Loud music was the first thing I noticed and I was a little suprised that people are adjusted out in the open in a "cubicle" like area. The staff at the front counter were very nice, but since it was my first visit to this office I expected to spend more time with the doctor instead of spending most of my time with his assistant.

He only met with me for a few minutes and was a bit rushed. I've seen many chiropractors over the years and I just felt that this was not the type of practice that I usually visit.it was a bit too hectic for me. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pre-pay for my treatment.not used to this and it was a turn off for me as I don't feel that I should pay for future appointments, but rather pay as I'm seen.

I guess I can't imagine paying my MD for future visits so why should I pay my chiropractor for 11 months worth of treatment up front (that's a lot of $$$). I was disappointed that this is the only option at this practice. However, this might be a great option for someone else.

I've only been here once and was treated by Dr. Kristen, who was very nice. The adjustment was fine, but what was odd to me was that it was not a very relaxing experience. The office and the stations where you receive your adjustment is out in the open, although you are in a "cubicle" when you receive your treatment. What I found most odd was the music that was playing, which sounded like Christian rock.

It was loud, and you could hear it while you were waiting and then being treated. This was what turned me off the most about being here.the "open" setting. You could hear conversations, and most of all, the loud music. Perhaps having an adjustment isn't supposed to be "relaxing", but I don't necessarily think it should be uncomfortable either. I wouldn't recommend this place myself, but others might be able to get past what I could not.

This place is amazing. My dad is pain free after 20 plus years of back pain. My wife and I started getting treatment here shortly after that. We love it. The office staff are super friendly, and Dr Paul and Dr Kirsten are amazing. If you're thinking about chiropractic, I definitely recommend Giles! Very professional, and they take time to ensure your treatment is personalized and effective.

Im very happy to have found GIles. Paul and Kristen and the entire staff are a pleasure to be around and I always look forward to saying hi to everybody at my appointments. The adjustments always bring great relief, and the doctors here have great passion and belief in chiropractic care. They dont just want to adjust you, they want to educate you and give you an understanding of what is going on and what you can do to change/help it. They were willing to work with me financially, and they tolerate my ever changing schedule as well. Great people with a great passion for what they do. 5 stars, no question.

I have been going to Dr's. Kristen and Dr. Paul for 13 years. Weekly adjustments have made such a difference in my health. The adjustments make you feel great and get you through the week by eliminating pain, providing clear channels of energy and good health, and staving off any nasty illness. Furthermore, they both walk the walk by advocating healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle.j I am 52 and drug free, in perfect health.

When I first came in here I had sciatica. Sciatica so bad that it woke me up 5-6 times a night and I wasn't getting any sleep. I own my own business so I'd wake up and I'd be so tired. I wasn't really big on chiropractic so I hadn't been in years and since my gf talked me in to see Dr. Ruscica and I thought what the heck? And I came to see him and within three or four treatments the sciatica started to subside and I was like wow! This is great and now thanks to Dr. Ruscica my sciatica is gone.
