Chiropractic school only teaches one pediatrics class, clearly not enough. Dr. Parsons is certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association for treating both pregnancy and pediatrics. She also has a certification in the Webster Technique. So many people think Chiropractic is ONLY for back pain and many think it is dangerous to have done while they are pregnant.
Babies are incredible little beings. They come out of their mother's as fully functional little people (usually). They can see, hear, taste, eat, digest, eliminate, cry when they want something, and know instantly when they are with their mother and when they are not. It's natural. When everything is working perfectly, and there are no interruptions or interferences they grow up to become healthy, happy, and even more amazing toddlers, children, teenagers, adults, and eventually, seniors. So what gets in the way?
What is Chiropractic? The term "Chiropractic" comes from the Greek word Chiropraktikos, which means "effective treatment by hand". It started over 100 years ago when the originator of Chiropractic, D.D. Palmer, moved a bone in a deaf man's neck and enabled him to hear again. Chiropractic is a type of natural health care based on a philosophy that if your nervous system is functioning at its best, so will your entire body.

Dr. Erin Parsons is a great chiropractor. She took the time to really listen to me and find out the details of the issue I was having. She is thorough and kind. She does adjustments and some deep tissue work herself but she also educates me about how I can further help myself at home as well. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received so far.
And the rolling massage table that they put me on for 10 minutes at the end of my appointment really makes me relaxed when I leave. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

It's rare to have both the medical professional and the support staff to be so welcoming, pleasant, and friendly. Dr. Erin Parsons is a fantastic chiropractor. I've seen her for about 5 years on and off, most often when I'm training for some kind of race. She keeps my back and body lined up and corrects things after a particularly long run. I thoroughly trust and respect the whole office.
My wife and infant daughter have also enjoyed receiving care from Dr. Parsons. Every time I go in she asks about my family and remembers what's been going on in my life. Some other places in town may give you just as good of chiropractic care, but I doubt you'll find the combination of such warmth and hospitality with solid medical practices.

Dr. Erin is a wonderful chiropractor. I've been seeing her for I've been seeing her for a little over a year now. She really listens, isn't trying to sell you stuff and does a nice job of balancing physical therapy stretching and chiropractic. Very comfortable office, subdued, not overly busy ever. This definitely isn't the case where the doctor is booked back to back and is rushing to get you in/out to see the next patient.
