Excellent Staff! Had some minor issues with lower back and in a short 3 week program, I'm feeling pretty damn good. These people care about you and listen to you. Highly, highly recommend.

I enjoyed meeting the staff. The office was very professional and everyone was kind and helpful. I'm a strong believer in massage and chiropractics. Cara was very attentive in asking me about my issues and provided a focused, deep tissue, massage to help relieve the tightness in My neck and shoulders. I look forward to returning. The location is ideal.

First time ever going to a chiropractor, absolutely amazing from the doctor itself to the front ladies and his assistants. Dr. Spies makes you feel super comfortable and it is very understanding. Truly so pleased with this place!

I have been in Dr. Spies's care for almost a year. I was referred by someone who has seen many chiropractors without improvement until coming here. Dr. Spies is one of the few talented chiropractors who know how to help a patient effectively and efficiently. I have had very bad lower back pain for a long time and had headache for half a year. After a month of intense treatment, I no longer felt uncomfortable.

Shortly after that I was pregnant. I continue to come back once a month for tune up. Now I am 7 months in and still feel as good as just after the intense treatment. If you have seen a chiropractor without much improvement, don't give up on yourself. Dr Spies may be able to help you. Sarah at the front office and the other staffs are also very nice and helpful. I am not sure why this office does not have a lot of reviews, but it is busy whenever I come in. Perhaps people just don't like to leave reviews for doctors.

I love the staff and Dr. Spies is by far the best chiropractor I've encountered, if you ever need an adjustment. Please go to this location for all the relief you'll need!

I've been coming here for a few years now. Everyone is always so nice. Sarah is always welcoming when you walk in, the techs are friendly, and Dr. Spies is professional. I appreciate how Dr. Spies is careful when adjusting your back. I have never walked away from a visit being more sore than before I walked in, as I have with some other places. The monthly maintenance program they have for regular visits to be adjusted is affordable and fair. Rather you come in for occasional adjustments or regular visits, everyone here treats you with equal kindness and attentiveness.

I made my decision to come here due to the high reviews and being conveniently located off I-45. Sarah at the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Spies, gave me comfort, knowledge and ease of pain consistently with care, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Lordex Spine Institute to family and friends. Also a very affordable cash payment plan for this self-employed/ uninsured general contractor. Also if you have never been to a chiropractor: the longer you wait, the longer it may take to recover. Thanks Lordex Spine Institute!

Have been coming here for 3yrs since my back issues first began. They've seen me at my best and worst and have always helped me dowel comfortable. Dr. Spies will answer all questions and even make recommendations for stretches/exercises to help keep me in top shape between my monthly visits. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of chiropractic services!

Great place with great staff! Dr. B is very friendly and great at explaining treatment so you don't feel out of the loop. His office is welcoming and clean! He helped my grandma go from crying in pain as she walked and sat- to doing things she hasn't done in a long time like touch the ground and almost run! Would recommend Lordex to anyone needing relief and good prices!

Truly 5 Stars! Everyone is so wonderful! Like everyone! I came in on a reference from my best friend, because I was suffering with severe left side pain up and down my entire body. Excruciating. Dr. Spies did his magic voodoo hands and I can honestly say I haven't had any pain like that since. I'm going once a month now and it's100% worth it. I'll be a happy customer for as long as they'll have me.

Dr. Spies and his staff are amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He is not a cookie cutter chiropractor, his adjustments are tailored to your specific needs. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

Fantastic people. Sometimes the office staff at a doctor's office will be what drives me away. Dr. Spies staff is always wonderful. Dr. Spies himself is amazing. Thorough and gentler than other chiropractors I've seen. He is a miracle worker. He fixed a problem I've had for over 20 years and honestly didn't think could be fixed. Highly recommend!

By far the best thing I've done for myself in years! Everyone in the office is like your new best friend, and Dr Spies is AMAZING! I initially came in for some crazy left side pain that was body, mind, and soul crippling! I can honestly say that that pain is completely gone and now we're working on the other crap I've put my body through. I feel great! I'll be going back as long as they'll have me.

Absolutely love coming to this clinic! The staff is wonderful, professional, and easy to communicate with. Dr. Spies is such a cool guy as well. Highly recommend getting an adjustment if you're having any aches and pains.

I went in through Groupon. I'm glad I did! Julie was my therapist and she was amazing! I'll go back when I'm in town again, especially if Julie is working. I went in feeling cranky and in so much pain from my trip. I left feeling upbeat and much more comfortable.

I can't speak to their chiropractor services, but I have had a couple of massages from Jessica and both have been excellent! She does a good job of assessing problem areas and really focuses on them rather than just giving a generic massage. They're not gimmicky or pushy about signing up for a membership like many other massage companies I've been to which I appreciate since I don't live too close. I highly recommend Jessica if you're looking for a great massage!

If you want your full body massage with the menthol based pain reliever, biofreeze, that simply numbs your pain or muscles for a while, this is your place. Biofreeze also helps the massage therapist not have to work nearly as much on your muscles too. However, if you are looking for a traditional massage where the therapist actually massages your muscles with regular oil or lotion, and their work does you some longer term good, even after the massage, then head to a different masseuse.

I had a terrible response to this biofreeze itching all night and would not recommend this place for the massage portion anyway. Cannot speak to the chiropractic portion of their practice.

Lordex was a perfect find. Dealing with aches and pains that wouldn't go away after a car accident, I finally decided to see a chiropractor. Any other doctors I had seen wanted to solve the pain with pills. not me. At Lordex, the staff is always pleasant, and I always leave feeling terrific!

The staff at this location are all very friendly and understanding. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor so I wasn't sure what to expect or what to look for. When I made the decision to take the chiropractic route for my back/neck pain, I knew I wanted to learn about some stretches that I could do before or after my workouts to help with any muscle imbalances and stiffness in my neck.

I made this clear in my inital contact and also during the consult but I do feel that even though this was guaranteed, I didnt get any suggestions out of the 16 appointments I had. Also, I didnt feel like the care was very perosnalized as I went through the same treatments each visit. Other than that I am satisfied with my first expereince and enjoy the days I do not expereince pain.

Professionalism all the way, yet wonderful, kind folks. They treat me better than I treat myself. Neck, back, and hand pain is one. No Drugs, No Surgeries, Yes to effective natural healing done with utmost care.

July 28, 2017 utilized my living social coupon for 60 min massage; had Talya. She was very through and polite. The front office lady was too. They also have a "Rub Club" you can join foot monthly massages without a contract. YELP also has some discounts as noted on this page. I'm very happy with the service and treatment I received from the Lordex Spine Institute. They were able to get me a appointment on short notice.

Great staff; informative, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Dr. Spies has an excellent bedside manner and took great care of me. The CAs are friendly professionals who really seem to care about their work and how it helps the patients.

I have constant neck pain from to much phone and computer work so I have been going to Dr Spies for several years now. All the staff are Super Friendly especially Dr Spies. He makes it affordable so that I don't have to use my insurance. I belong to the Rub Club and get wonderful massages and chiropractic adjustments twice a month at a fraction of the cost anywhere else.

I skip all the other Chiropractors and massage places surrounding me and drive 15 miles for his services. I no longer need insurance to afford chiropractic care. Thank you Dr Spies for making my life better.

I've been a patient for a couple of years. The doctor is really great and very knowledgeable. Every time I have a problem with my back or ribs he seems to know what to do about it. Sometimes it hurts while he's doing it, but it makes it feel better over time. They have some turn over on staff over a few years, but that's not surprising and they seem to always find staff that is polite and helpful.

Wait times are always short. Really there's just nothing bad to say. I've been very satisfied and even though I now work away from the area, I still schedule appointments here and will continue to do so.

Since I've been going here, I am about 90 % better. I have siatic nerve pain, two buldging discs, and from my neck to my L5 was a wreck. Been going for almost 2 months and I feel great. Nothing is 100 % but I'm very happy! Very professional n flexible and affordable! Anthony Douglas

This was my first time at The Lordex Spine Institute and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member. I took my 12 year old daughter there for a track injury. The staff was friendly and they take good care of their patients. I also love that they except United Health Care insurance and Care Credit.

I got a massage from DeDe at this location and she was fabulous. The pressure was perfect and the massage was very professional everything was on point. I paid about $35 for the massage through a deal on groupon. It was worth it. They offered another massage for $35 after I was done and of course I purchased it. I will be requesting DeDe again. I can't wait for my next trip here.

Everyone in this office was very nice and welcoming. It was a very pleasant experience for me. For those who have never been here it's right off of 45 north, exit 22. If u see krogers, u will see this place.
