Our mission at The Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center is simply to serve you. We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We assess the patient as a whole. We want to address the main concern, but also lead you into a lifestyle of being pain free.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. A chiropractic adjustment can make you feel so much better.
I was first introduced to chiropractic thanks to my dad, Dr. William Laughlin. While he was in chiropractic school and upon graduation, he would adjust my spine to help me stay healthy. I would bounce back quickly from illnesses, thanks to each adjustment! Following in my dad's footsteps didn't come right away.
We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Denton chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

I have been going to Dr. Vince Baugher since 2008 and he has tremendously helped myself and my family over the past 14 years with any pain issues we have had with Neck, Back & Knees. I highly recommend the Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center. They work with you to bring your mind, body and spirit into balance for a better quality of life. Dr. Henderson is the best! This office makes you feel truly heard. They aren't rushing clients in and out the door, which has unfortunately been my experience in the past. The owner does a great job of hiring employees that are kind, personable, and genuinely caring. If you've been shopping around, this is the best in Denton!

Dr. Baugher and his staff are awesome. They listen to your concerns and give you a plan to resolve. I've been a patient for a long time. They've helped keep me in the gym and healthy. I'm currently recovering from a surgery and having some complications healing. Dr. Baugher asked about it and he can help me resolve my issue. I highly recommend!

Today was my first time at The Spinal Decompression &Chiropractor Ctr. and I must say I was very impressed by the quality of services provided. After checking in I was welcomed by Dr. Baugher who came and sit with me and explained what I was to expect and the wide variety of services offered. Next, Hope, a technician came and gave me a tour while explaining what each machine was used for.
Then Dr. Laughlin came into the exam room and performed an extensive exam and took multiple X-Rays. We then met in the conference room where he explained what he had observed so far and that after he examines the X-Rays he will conclude if they have options available to accommodate my needs and if not then would refer me to a physician who could. He will share his final observation and recommendations with me at my next appt.
All of this for $49.00. They also file certain insurances. I understand why they have been voted "Best of. Denton" for at least the last ten years in a row. I look forward to my next visit and hope to begin to end the pain that doesn't have to be. I wish I would have gone sooner.

Their doctors are caring, compassionate, and highly skilled in a wide variety of chiropractic procedures and technical advances in the field. The entire staff shows kindness to every patient, as well as being very competent in the positions in which they serve as a team.
