Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.

The minute I enter with my immunocompromised father, I see everyone including the staff not wearing a facemask during a pandemic. I overhead the receptionist talking to a patient and another staff member how it is hard to breathe especially with an under lying health condition. There are other ways to protect oneself and others from a novel and emerging virus.
For example, a face shield. It was very ignorant, selfish, and disappointing to hear and see this in a medical environment. Moreover, the chiropractor himself entered the patient's room without a mask and proceeded to put it on in the room while touching the inside of his mask causing cross-contamination of bacteria. Very unprofessional.

Since roughly 2009 Dr. Marrello and his entire staff new and past have been nothing short of amazing! As someone who needs maintenance from the work I do, to the random migraines that I experience they have always worked their magic! Massage therapist on point each one of them and Dr. Marrello with a lack of better words has been my life saver many times! I will always be grateful!

Karen one of the employees has some pretty strong opinions and doesn't mind openly sharing them. Take a look. Based on her comments and behavior alone their are plenty of other better providers in the area. She does t car about anyone health or well being. Simply getting paid. Take your business elsewhere. Karen is superior to all. I will find every single place I can rate this place and be doing so in the coming hours. Cheers.

I had other Chiropractors for my back in the past and they did an okay job. It wasnt until I came to Platinum that my back got to almost 100%! I am so happy to have found them and I recommend them to all. All the employees are superb as well and I am treated like family here. I cannot ask for anything more!

I walked in to Platinum in so much pain I couldn't hardly sit or stand. After just one visit I felt immediate relief. After my 2nd visit, I felt like new. I can't say enough about everyone that works at this establishment. After I finish this treatment, I will make it part of my routine to come back for adjustments. It's a very updated and clean place, and with such a pleasant and skilled staff you will feel right at home.

I have had nothing but good success with Platinum Chiropractic. They have always been professional, there was never a long wait and Ive always walked out of the office after seeing Rory with a lot of relief from the pain I walked in with. I would and do recommend them every chance I get. Thank you Rory and Karen for doing your best to get me in when I have a pronlem and for always taking the time to help explain how to avoid similar issues, and for your friendly attitudes to your patients.

This place is awesome. Massage therapy is great.my back was hurting I was unable to get in right away. They charge to your insurance too. Dr. Rory is great knows what he is doing. My massage was done by Steve who was fantastic.i felt better right away.i recommend this place for anyone that needs work on your back and shoulders too.you wont regret it.

Dr Marrello is one of those doctors that really cares about you as a person not just a patient. He really does truly want to see you get better and not be in his care all the time. The other thing that I feel sets him apart from other chiropractors is that he does work well with Medical Doctors also. He worked with my orthopedic doctor to help make sure that I had the right physical therapy plan. Which again was in the best interest of the patient. ME! Dr Rory Marrello is the real deal!
