Very welcoming and professional practice. Dr. Gold really helped my back pain and posture issues due to scoliosis.

The treatment I received here made my back pain far worse, with little to no explanation from the doctor other than to continue to do the very things which were making things worse. My pain nearly vanished days after I stopped visiting after weeks of worsening symptoms. Upon visiting a certified back surgeon, I was informed the diagnoses and treatment I received from this chiropractor were incorrect.

I wish I could speak to the quality of the service here. I won't know because when I walked in the receptionist spent most of the time not wearing a mask and they had patients who walked around not wearing masks. This is a medical facility and required to use masks so I just gathered my belongings and left.

I'm so happy that I decided to see a chiropractor only because I had to google my symptoms!. i've been given muscle relaxant prescriptions by my pcp and at urgent care that only make me sleepy, had injections for pain, been referred to physical therapy for exercise but never have I been referred to get xrays to find the root of my problem! I can't wait for my follow up to take the next step to get my back aligned.

I was even told at urgent care with another doctor that I had to lose weight and that there's no such thing as hereditary back pain! I know I need to exercise but I have been having back problems for years and my dad's side of the family all suffer from back pain. Once I even lost feeling in my legs and had to drag myself back to bed. Thanks to Dr. Cory Gold I feel like I can get better and no longer have to go through temporary fixes. I'm so surprised that I wasn't referred to a chiropractor before but now I feel like I've found a great solution!

Dr. Gold was able to help me last year with a neck subluxation. However, this year amidst a pandemic, he refused to put on a mask to treat me. His secretary was not wearing a mask either. I had to wait outside because his waiting room does not allow for social distancing, neither between secretary and patient nor between patients waiting to be treated.

When I asked if he would be getting masks so I can come back for treatment, he told me he will not be wearing PPE to treat patients. If a patient asks you to put on a mask because they want to be extra cautious during the Coronavirus pandemic, it should be a non issue. In fact, no patient in the United States should have to ask ANY doctor to put on a mask while they do a hands on treatment.

In March, Dr. Gold expressed to me that he believed people were overreacting to the virus. After 100,000 Americans died he seems to still believe so. He should not be allowed to practice until there is a vaccine.

Great office: good, professional, kind and caring chiropractors as well as support staff. Convenient location too

Dr. Gold is an excellent chiropractor and has been a huge support throughout my pregnancy. The care that I have received has kept back pain at a minimum over the past 8 months and helped keep my spine in alignment. I recently moved to Westchester but still come to the city to see Dr. Gold because I've had such a positive experience. Scheduling appointments is easy and his office staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Gold and Dr. Merai are so fantastic! I had never been to a chiropractor before, but after hip tightness from work travel and running was starting to take a toll, I made an appointment. Dr. Gold had x-rays done to better allow him to diagnose my problem (arched lower back). I have been going about 1-2 times/week for a while and have noticed significant improvements!

The tightness has vastly improved! I am so much more comfortable on lengthy flights and when lying down at night. Even when I can't make it to their office for a couple of weeks, I still feel great in between adjustments. I have also been getting regular sports massages, and the massage therapist keeps commenting on how much better my tightness is since seeing a chiropractor.

To top it off, both doctors have excellent bedside manners and are so friendly! The office manager Nancy is also great to work with. She has been really flexible about getting me in and making rescheduling hassle-free, even when it's last minute. Billing and insurance have also been a breeze as Nancy handles it all. I'm so glad I found this office. Highly recommend!

Biggest issue is that he does not accept Medicare. which must translate to not accepting any insurance where Medicare is involved. All of his info should be updated so as not to waste consumer's time. I was ready to go out of network, but couldn't even do that since he does not accept Medicare.

Dr. Gold is the best. He really knows what he's doing and he has helped me correct and maintain proper alignment for years!

Cory is truly an incredible healer. Whenever my back and neck act up, I know I can count on Cory to help me get back to normal fast. Thank you Cory!

Best Chiropractor I have ever met! Very thorough and specific to individual needs. Genuinely cares about individual wellness. No wait time to be seen. Very friendly Staff. Overall great Doctor and great office. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very professional and friendly office! would recommend anyone to Dr. Gold. Made me feel way better just after one visit with him. Ive been to many other offices, this was was by far the best experience. Bonus, the front desk girls are so nice! hard to find a nice front desk staff, but this wasnt the case with this practice!

Went for some back pain. Dr. Gold and Dr. Merai were very understanding and compassionate. I like the fact that they were able to address all my concerns being this was my first time at a chiropractor's office. The staff was pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend this office!

I had a really bad experience with Dr. Gold's office. I called the office and asked for an appointment and an estimated cost of the office visit. The receptionist Tracy told me on the phone that the visit would cost 25 dollars as per my insurance and she would call the insurance company to confirm the price. On the day of the appointment, she called me and moved the day of the appointment since the doctor wasn't available, I was surprised when on the day of the new appointment she called me and moved the appointment again, promising that this time Dr.

Gold wouldn't cancel on me. Tracy mentioned that since it was my first visit, the visit would take an hour, which was fine with me. When I arrived to the doctor, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. Imagine my surprise when I saw that Dr. Gold wasn't there, but instead I was going to be seen by a different doctor. Mind you, nobody told me on the phone that I was going to be seeing a different doctor.

It was frustrating when the doctor asked me to take my shirt off and said he'll be back right away but instead I had to wait for him for 15 minutes while he attended to other patients. In the end, I had to wait for 45 minutes for 15 minutes with the doctor who was a replacement for Dr. Gold. Imagine my frustration when Tracy gave me the bill and it was $84 instead of the $25 that she had confirmed earlier.

When I got home, I called the insurance company and they confirmed that I had to pay only $25 and didn't know why I would have been made to pay $84. The insurance agent then called Dr. Gold's office and asked Tracy about the $84 charge. Tracy was extremely aggressive on the phone and in the end hung up on the insurance agent! The agent told me he has never seen such behavior.

I called Tracy again and she reluctantly agreed to refund me $59. I asked her why she had charged much more than I was supposed to pay, and she said that she had failed to reach the insurance company to confirm my healthcare plan, so she just charged as though I didn't have any coverage! Needless to say, Tracy never apologized and was aggressive on the phone.

In my life I've never encountered such bad customer service. In summary Dr. Gold's office failed on these accounts: 1) Moved the appointment twice. 2) Changed the doctor without informing me about the change 3) I had to wait 45 minutes to see a doctor for 15 minutes who was juggling multiple clients simultaneously 4) I was charged way more than i was supposed to pay 5) I never received an apology for any of the above I strongly discourage you from visiting Dr. Gold's office, based on my experience they don't care about customers but only about charging them as much as possible.

Dr. Gold is amazing. I had back issues, and I didn't even have to speak. He told me what it was, and he fixed it. After few days it was all good! I see some people mentioned Monique in the comments. All I can say is she was so nice to me, and she did her job. I think if she was mean to you, you were probably not nice to her in the first place, which I do see happen.

And I'm not talking about this office in specific. Just offices in general. Anyways. Back to Dr. Cory Gold himself. Just amazing. End of story. Go see him NOW. (I have moved and tried seeing other chiropractors near my new place. but no one comes even close to Dr. Gold.)

Stay away from this Chiropractor. The front office is extremely unprofessional and rude. Monique mismanaged billing from initial visit and misled us for over 8 months. She's since been fired and new management refuses to take responsibility for her incompetence. Don't make the same mistake.

I was referred to Dr. Gold by a friend to cure my lower back and neck pain. Over the course of the past three months, Dr. Gold through a series of adjustments and tools for healthier living has helped to target and eliminate my pain completely. He is very professional and direct in identifying problematic areas, composing a plan to fix the problem areas, along with steps to reduce and prevent pain in the future. I can't recommend Dr. Gold enough.

I saw Dr. Gold for a painful lower back problem I'd been experiencing for months. The exam was incredibly thorough and Dr. Gold knew exactly what the problem was. Instead of telling me to come back for regular treatment, he gave me some stretching exercises and sent me on my way. Turns out he was right on the money and now I am pain free, I would highly recommend him to anyone. This guy really knows his stuff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gold's for years, and have always had an exceptional experience. My pain and discomfort has decreased significantly since I began seeing him. Dr. Gold has a wonderful bedside manner, and I have found his staff to be accommodating, professional, and friendly at all times. I highly recommend this practice.

I switched to Dr Gold because my regular chiropractor doesn't take my new insurance. He charged me almost 500 dollars for my patient exam, of which I was to pay 150. He barely gave me an adjustment. He spoke to me like I was an army recruit and had me do these weird exercises ("use your core!"). He then wanted me to get x-rays and kept threatening me and chastising me about all the things that would be destroyed in my life if I didn't do x, y, and z. I then got a ton of "follow up calls" pushing the next appointment and x-rays that I supposedly needed. The whole thing felt like a scam, to be honest. And a turn off.

He's an amazing Chiropractor. His office manager, Monique, is just the sweetest and most personable, professional Office Manager I've ever met. I had a horrible lower back pain that he was able to target and treat, accordingly. And this is the winning line.for my birthday, his office sends a donation to Meals-On-Wheels in my honor. He knows how to get to the root of the problem AND how to be professional AND how to have an amazing bedside manner.

Went to him when I had a pain in my hip, shooting pain down my leg (to my foot) quite some time ago. I no longer have the pain anymore thank god. I would definitely recommend him.

I am new to New York and found Dr Gold through my insurance, then read the reviews online which were amazing and I have to agree. I have a scoliosis of the spine which causes ongoing back pain and I was seeing a chiropractor back in Australia. Dr Gold is thorough, thoughtful and a wonderful chiropractor. You never feel rushed with him and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend him!

Kind, thorough, skilled and effective. This is my first chiropractic experience, and I'm very impressed. Nice office staff, too. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I'd highly recommend Dr. Gold!
