Dr. Sue Guarino was born and raised in Montclair, New Jersey. Her family was heavily influenced by chiropractic thanks to her Uncle Arnold, who was a chiropractor for many years in New Rochelle, New York. He inspired several members of the family to join the health care profession. Dr. Sue knew early on in life that she would go into natural healing.
When you become a patient, our highest priority is to make you feel better. Through chiropractic adjustments, we seek to realign spinal segments that are out of place or subluxated. When your spine has a subluxation, it interferes with your nerves. You can have a subluxation for years without having any symptoms.

At Guarino Chiropractic, we offer spinal decompression therapy, a non-surgical alternative that can resolve your disc problems. When you arrive for your first visit, you'll meet with Dr. Sue to talk about what's brought you in. We'll do an examination, which may include X-rays, if necessary. Dr. Sue will explain what she identifies as your problem and how your spinal alignment is affecting your well-being. You'll receive your first chiropractic adjustment so you can start feeling better immediately. When you call to book your appointment, we'll get your insurance information over the phone so that we can check your coverage.

Dr. Guarino is a wonderful, skilled, knowledgeable and amicable person. She truly cares and gets to the root cause of the problem not just mask the symptoms. The front desk staff are professional, kind and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the patients. The office is immaculate and i like that they follow strict covid protocols to ensure the safety of all. So many years of debilitating pain and in one visit I felt better. An excellent chiropractor practice, I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Sue and the staff are extremely attentive and make sure you're comfortable before any treatment. They are very friendly and you feel as you're amongst friends. Dr. Sue is very thorough before starting any manipulation and shares her knowledge if you need any information. I came in with neck pains and after a couple of adjustments the pain was gone but I feel very good continuing the adjustments because they help with your overall health. Thank you Dr. Sue and staff. You're the best!

Absolutely love seeing Dr. Sue at Guarino Chiropractic Center. She is an excellent doctor and she is always very welcoming and supportive. She makes her patients feel very comfortable. All of her assistants are kind and approachable. She is extremely knowledgable and is always able to answer my questions. She is a wonderful chiropractor. I always feel better after her adjustments. I have been a faithful patient of Dr. Sue's for 10+ years. I keep to a regular schedule and make sure to schedule an appointment the first symptom of not feeling well. Professional office dedicated to true chiropractic healing. Dr. Sue is a skilled doctor who treats each patient with individual care and attention. Dr. Sue is always willing to see you when you hurt the most - or just need an adjustment. Very careful with her diagnostic, she explains thoroughly what treatment will be applied and what results can be anticipated. Always cheerful, Dr. Sue is a pleasure and relief to visit and her staff is most accommodating. Highly recommended for efficient treatment.

I love the customer service from the staff to the doctor! The doctor is knowledgeable, caring, helpful, easy going and very friendly. I've been going to Dr. Guarino for a month now and my back as been coming feeling better.
