Services
The doctors of Khalsa Chiropractic have a long-standing commitment to clinical excellence along with a deep passion to helping individuals achieve their health care goals. The doctors' considerable experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal pain syndromes is enhanced by their previous positions in treating professional football players, traveling with NBA players, as well as providing care for Olympic rowers, tri-athletes, Ironman competitors, and collegiate athletes.
As chiropractors, we specialize in the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal injuries. What does that mean? We treat injuries that involve the soft tissues (connective fascia, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves), in addition to joint related injuries. These injuries occur when the load or stress on a tissue exceeds the capacity of the tissue.
Khalsa Chiropractic is the Preferred Provider for the Harvard University Group Health Plan. We have enjoyed a working relationship with Harvard University since 1980. Our physicians coordinate care with your primary care physician, orthopedist, physical therapist, or any health professional within the Harvard network.

When my orthopedist told me to go to Khalsa Chiropractic for deep tissue/myofascial release work on my shoulder and hip I was hesitant - I've never been to chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect - but I made an appointment with Dr. Sara Morrissey Posner and would at least give it a try. Their office on Boylston Street is spotless and doesn't have a doctor's office feel - more like the Pilates studio they share the space with. Dr. Morrissey Posner asked lots of question and explained the myofascial techniques before she proceeded - very thorough. Pleasantly surprised doesn't describe the amount of pain relief and gain of range-of-motion I've experienced after 5 visits to her. It's just remarkable how much better I feel.

I was skeptical to visit a chiropractor due to previous experience. I wanted actually help vs simply having a generic adjustment. I will say Dr. Toader does a phenomenal job. Not only does she listen to me when I go in, but makes great recommendations to help me continue to remain injury free during training season. I have never met the other practitioners there, but I Dr. Toader is great to work with.

I've been to many chiropractors throughout my life, and Dr. Toader has been the most thorough. Many chiropractors spend only 10 minutes with you - quick adjustment and then they're onto the next one. Dr. Toader takes the time to listen and puts so much effort into helping you feeling better for the long haul.

I've been to quite a few chiropractors to help with my various sports injuries and I am very impressed by Dr. Andreea Toader's thoughtful care over the past few months. In addition to her hands-on techniques, her guidance for my strength training has made a huge difference and I am very grateful. I highly recommend her!
