What a joke! They called and canceled my hour long massage midday appointment 30 minutes before my appointment was to start! I was already almost there, and took work off to make it. Wasted gas, sacrificed income, and no pain relief! Horrible customer service, that call should have been made first thing in the morning! Have some respect for your clients! Our time is valuable too! Unbelievable

Dr. Laura is the sweetest Chiropractor I know! Her kindness and positive vibes have remained consisted these 4+ years having treated me. She has a gentle, yet firm approach and has helped me with postpartum sciatica and upper and lower back pain. The front desk staff and reception have been friendly and patient. I've recommended so many family and friends here because of this! Love this place! = P.S. Dr. Laura has an eye for decor. Everything in her office feels zen!

Without a doubt a great staff & great chiropractor. I had Dr McKenzie who is fairly new who was kind & efficient. I have so much arthritis it only helped for a day so why bother. I gave it a 4 as I did not feel like the amount of appts was necessary or helped. My biggest pet peeve are the hours open. Craziest times opened & closed. Try to get 2 appts in per week as requested when only open 3 & 1/2 days per week. Massage therapy is more helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Coulson's bedside manners are wonderful, he listens to you, and works out a plan to help you become more healthy. I have been his patient for over two years and have yet to have a bad experience. His treatment has helped to remove my lower back pain and consistent treatment has helped to keep it away. I would highly recommend Maple Grove Chiropractic.

I had some strong lower back pain after an intense work out. It lasted three days. I hadn't seen a chiropractor in years, so I completed a local Google search and read the reviews for Maple Grove Chiropractic. Glad I went in! Making an appointment was very easy and I was given a comprehensive assessment with actual tools and readouts that show where the pain is coming from, and why! The adjustment went great, was very thorough and I already feel better! I know the next time I need an adjustment I'll be going back to Dr. Andrew.

I have been to three other chiropractors in the Maple Grove area for the numbness in my diabetic feet. Dr. Andrew Coulson took me under his care and treated my feet with various options that had a positive affect on my feet. I found Dr. Coulson after I fell and broke my back 2 and a half years ago. He was wonderful in the way he listened and guided me through the ordeal. Absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Colson is amazing and does a wonderful job. He takes time to understand your issues and concerns, has a variety of treatments/therapies to help with recovery and maintenance, as well as provides access to an amazing massage therapist! Everyone on staff is kind and great to work with. I highly recommend visiting this clinic if you need a chiropractor or massage!

Dr. Caulson is so knowledgeable in his work, great listener, and not to mention an all around wonderful guy. His staff is unbelievable and are so attentive to your need. His massage therapist is thorough and I always leave feeling like a new person. It feels like home when I step into their clinic. I would recommend him to anyone! Definitely give them a 10/10!

Nothing but good things to say about Maple Grove Chiropractic, and my experience with Dr. Coulson and his excellent staff. Along with having regular adjustments on my neck, back and arm, I have also received excellent care through deep massage therapy.all helping to restore strength and get me on the road to recovery!
