Life Wellness Center offers chiropractor care, physical therapy (P.T.), massage therapy and weight loss coaching and services in our Lakeville, MN office. We are conveniently located close to 35W, just off the frontage road, behind KFC. Located in the 2nd set of office townhomes, on the north side, about a block east of the Harley-Davidson dealership.
Life Wellness Center offers chiropractic care, physical therapy (P.T.), massage therapy and weight loss coaching and services in our Eagan, Minnesota office. We are conveniently located just off 35E and Cliff Road, located in the RHS Building (Park Dental Eagan sign), on the second floor at the top of the stairs/elevator.

Our experience at both the Lakeville and Eagan LWC's has been exceptional. Our whole family has worked with Dr Chris for a couple years, on ankle injuries and other sports related issues. We've also been treated for back pain by several of the chiropractors and everyone has been amazing. Thanks to everyone at LWC, we highly recommend their entire team!

I have seen Dr. Kyle for a couple years now primarily for headache relief but he has worked some magic on my neck, back, shoulders and hips. I always leave the office saying "I feel amazing". Then he introduced me to Dr. Chris who helps more with the muscle pain and spasms. The stretching techniques and education he teaches at every appointment has helped me maintain relief everyday. Seeing this pair has given me so much relief and almost eliminated all my headaches. If you're suffering from headaches or chronic muscle tension, I highly recommend this duo.

I've seen Dr. Kyle for years off and on, and most recently the past couple of months at Life Wellness, where he practices now. I've stuck with Dr. Kyle because of the results I've seen with him for my chronic back pain. I feel like he tailors his approach to my needs and has always provided stable, sustainable care. I get relief and a plan when I need it, allowing me to reach my goal of going in for preventative maintenance.
Since switching to Life Wellness, I've been impressed by everyone who works there. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and has been incredibly helpful as I navigate my way through scheduling and insurance. It's a pleasant place to go to, and I'm grateful to receive my care there!

I have been seeing Dr. Kyle for several years and was so pleased when his practice moved to Eagan! I have chronic low back issues and now that I am on a regular treatment regimen, I feel like I have my life back! Then I tore my rotator cuff and was happy I could have a one stop shop and do physical therapy with Dr. Chris as well. He was able to get my strength back up with great treatments and exercises. This place has loads to offer.

I was very lucky my coworker referred me there as she has had an exceptional experience at the Lakeville location. I am being treated for back and neck pain and I appreciate the integrated approach with Dr. Bobby for Chiropractic care and Dr. Chris for Physical Therapy. I'm feeling so much better already and well on my way to recovery.

Dr. Tom, Dr. Bobby and Dr. Chris have been excellent in our recovery of a couple of disc problems in my back. Physical Therapist Jamie has been very helpful in restoring my back to good health. Dr. Chris has been instrumental in my road back to health. He has a killer app on his phone (you gotta see it) which shows the multiple layers of muscles in and around your back. I am so thankful to have this great team of professionals to get me back in the game. You gotta check them out! Thanks to everyone at LWC Eagan!

My experiences at Life Wellness have been exceptional. From the chiropractic services to the physical therapy sessions. Currently I see Dr. Chris at the Eagan site for dry needling techniques. He is well schooled and is very knowledgeable about the various muscles that interact with each other to cause the pain and has worked hard to alleviate my arm pain as well as a trigger finger issue.
The Lakeville physical therapists are amazing as well and work on other techniques with me. All in all the entire staff at both sites are friendly, listen to their clients well and work hard to get a person pain free. I have seen Dr. Shannon for the majority of my chiropractic needs and occasionally Dr. Bobby as well and would highly recommend them both.
