In just a short phone consultation with her regarding mine & my child's health & well being, before even meeting her in person, she so graciously took her time to Not only LISTEN, but to offer a sense of Peace & Comfort to my soul in the face of some of my most challenging & traumatizing life's situations.

She was a Breath of FRESH AIR that I SO needed in that moment & I was able to "See with the eyes of my heart" from a Greater & Bigger perspective where I wasnt able to see prior to our consult. Not Only due to her Extensive Professional experience but also her personal experiences, which have shaped her into a Woman of Grace & Purity. Especially in a world of many "distasteful doctors" who just conform, She stands Out & Above the rest & I look forward to many years of health & wholeness for myself & my child, being under her loyal care & concern! The staff at Total Wellness of New Jersey are some of the top medical professionals I have worked with. I have a chronic back condition and was receiving years of chiropractic that, unfortunately, just weren't getting the job done. A few weeks with them and I am truly on the way to healing. Not only were they concerned the "typical" chiropractic care, but they looked at my pain holistically, offering different options to try, even down to my diet!

After following some of these suggestions, my health and wellness have been been on a positive track, something I haven't been able to achieve before. I have been taking my toddler there since he was a few months old. Dr. Tammy was able to address a concern with crawling, gave me a few exercises to do at home, and within two weeks my child was crawling perfectly.

It was unbelievable- it brought me to tears. From that point on he has been reaching milestones early. These doctors are tremendously knowledgable. They look at you as a whole person, not just a spine. I have always felt safe in their hands, and even more, I trust them with my son. I recommend them to anyone I speak with and will continue to do so. They are extremely professional and truly listen to their patients. Total wellness of NJ literally saved me from getting an unnecessary surgery. My hands go numb all the time and the doctor I went to informed me I would need to get carpal tunnel surgery. After going to Dr Brett and Dr Tammy, they realized that it was not carpal tunnel but an issue with my neck. Since going to them my hands are 95% better. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractor care. They treat their patients like family. Doesnt hurt that Dr Brett looks like Fred Savage

I can't say enough great things about Total Wellness of NJ. Dr. Tami, Dr. Bret and their entire team! Chiropractic has changed my life and I have Dr. Tami to thank for educating me when I started with her care almost 25 years ago. I was crippled with one sinus infection after another. Dr. Tami was so kind and incredibly patient while helping me to understand why we ALL need chiropractic and how once under regular care, the removal of subluxations would allow my body to heal and regulate on its own.

And she was right! Nearly two and a half decades later, not one antibiotic taken, and when I do get sick (which is not often and not nearly as severe as when I was on the "med circus cycle" before being enlightened).but when I do, I RUN to get adjusted by Dr. Tami while others drive to the drug store only to not benefit from our body's innate intelligence expressed at its highest potential when under regular chiropractic care.

I now have many chiropractors who are not just care takers but have become friends, all over the country when I travel. However it was THIS office, Total Wellness of NJ, and this team who put me on the right path! I have been adjusted by likely 30 or more other chiropractors in my travels across the country. By far, Dr. Tami & Dr. Bret are the best of the best.

Not just their chiropractic scholastic technique, but because of their passion and purpose to serve. They are a wealth of knowledge in overall wellness and I can't imagine where I'd be if not for these amazing souls! Thank you thank you Total Wellness if NJ, Dr. Tami & Dr. Bret for who you are and what you do! You truly changed my life and the trajectory of my health and I can't imagine where I'd be if it had not been for your guidance and care dating back to the 90's! Inconsiderate and unethical. Their Budd Lake location is located inside a midwifery practice, whose patients are all immunocompromised. During this Covid-19 pandemic the staff of Total Wellness is not only not wearing masks but they are freely telling their patients they don't have to either. When I spoke to the receptionist, who quickly put on a useless, lace mask to speak with me she claimed that they aren't inconsiderate because the midwives and their patients are not there.

Maybe that was the case today, but I was in the office exactly one week ago for an appointment with the midwives so I know that was a blatant lie, especially considering I watched the two receptionists scramble to put on masks when I walked in the door. I assumed they were just taking a quick break from the masks since the waiting room was empty. Which I understand, masks are uncomfortable and inconvenient.

I don't like wearing them either but the space does not belong to them, and they clearly don't care about the well-being of their patients or the patients that aren't theirs either. I would never have booked an appointment with them if I knew they were telling all their patients the mask is optional in a space shared with especially susceptible pregnant people. So incredibly unethical and inconsiderate. I will be telling everyone I know that are in need chiropractic care to avoid them.

I met Dr. Tami when I was pregnant with my daughter and experiencing major back pain. Not only did she help guide me through the last trimester of my pregnancy, but has been adjusting my daughter since she was 3 days old! Fast forward 3 years later and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff members have become like family to us. The vibe of the office couldn't be any more welcoming for my daughter and I (especially with an amazing receptionist like Mel!). I can't recommend Total Wellness of NJ enough. They are life changing!

We could not ask for a better team of chiropractors and support staff. We started our journey to help our oldest son, which quickly moved to the whole family and soon to be baby. They practice from their hearts and it makes all the difference!

I recently won a gift certificate to Total Wellness and thought I might give it a try. To my delight the back pain I had be experiencing is gone and I am feeling so much better. The office staff are pleasant and professional, they make you feel right at home. Doctors Bret and Tami worked their "magic fingers" getting to the root of my problem with amazing success in such a short amount of time. I plan on continuing my visits toward total wellness and I would recommend them to anyone, they truly care about their patients.

My son had chronic ear infections and we started seeing Dr Tami as a last resort to prevent him from getting tubes. 1 year later and he has had zero ear infections and never had to get tubes. My entire family comes every other week and I truly feel it keeps us healthy and able to fight off whatever is going around. We highly recommend them!

Excellent Service. My whole family has been getting adjusted for 8 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. B is the best. Amy, Leah, and Melanie are a pleasure to deal with. The nutritional talks are very informative.
