Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Crazy Expensive! (use Dreamhost) After hosting was transferred, Webhero continued to bill for it and refused to refund after the bills were paid in error -- buyer beware! They will not stop billing you unless you actively go into their control panel

I've been with Webhero since the 1990s, through the Dallas/Oklahoma Internet and Catalog.com days. I've always been pleased with the service and I think there is real value in being able to call and have someone to talk to quickly, usually someone who has been with the company for going on 20 years. Try calling another hosting company and talking to someone like that; if you get to talk to anyone at all.
