We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to Clemson and the Upstate community since 1997. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination.
During my first semester of chiropractic college, the teachers would occasionally take time to allow the students in the class to tell why they decided to pursue chiropractic as a career. I was surprised to hear the answers of the majority of the students. One after another they would share their stories of how a visit to a chiropractor miraculously affected their health and quality of life such as being able to return to sports when they were told they would not be able to, able to work again, able to pick up and play with their grandchildren again.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.

Coming to Advantage Chiropractor is the best thing I could have done for myself and my back pain. Dr. Ken takes his time to get to know you, and he addressed my chronic lower back problems, and I've had reduced pain within 3 visits. Vicky gives an amazing massage, and I'm going to start doing that regularly because I leave feeling awesome. Also the office staff are all so so kind and helpful. They really care about their patients here. Best in the Clemson area!

Dr. Gosnell is one of the most skilled providers I have met in my entire life. His staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gosnell is very skilled. Delivers a good adjustment with little to no recovery period. He's on time and takes most insurance. He doesn't sell packages of magic snake oil to magically heal all that ails ya'. He just helps his clients live their best life. His hours are wonky but his awesome staff can usually find a spot for me. They work hard to accommodate all their clients. I have referred many folks to Dr. G. and will continue to.

Dr. Gosnell and his staff do a great job. His staff are welcoming and remember your name. They are easy to work with and make planning appointments easy and your visits enjoyable. Dr. Gosnell does great work diagnosing the issue and giving you his best idea of a treatment plan moving forward. Then he takes your input and works with you for the best care. Great place to visit!

Advantage Chiropractic Wellness Center is wonderful. I originally went for a new patient appointment. I had no real problems but like to have a monthly maintenance exam. Dr. Ken Gosnell took X-rays and answered all my questions, before, during and after the exam. I ultimately stopped with the monthly maintenance but needed work done on specific parts of my body, and saw Colleen, the neuromuscular massage therapist. Recently, when I went to get professionally fitted for a pillow, I was surprised to find out she was no longer employed there.
The staff is great and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the human body. I would recommend Advantage Chiropractic Wellness Center as the office to go to when you need chiropractic services.

Advantage Chiropractic has a fantastic staff. I have been a client for years but due to a hectic travel schedule it is difficult for me to schedule appointments in advance. The staff has always massaged (pun intended) the schedule and worked me in. For chiropractic care I recommend Dr. Ken to everyone. He is very professional and always gets all the bones back in their proper alignment.
