We provide chiropractic and wellness care for people of all ages. Our office is located in Port Orchard, WA and is owned and operated by Dr. Doug Smith. The clinic was established in August of 1996. We are located on the corner of Pottery Avenue and Tremont Street inside the chiropractic office there. The office operates as an independent contractor.There are 3 chiropractors at this location so be sure to ask for Dr. Doug Smith and Spinal Health Care Center when you contact us. My goal is to educate, collaborate with, and elevate my patients to optimal health through natural chiropractic care and carefully deliberated adjustments.

Wide open windows provide a calm and inviting environment for patients. The clinic has four adjusting rooms, four massage therapy rooms and is equipped to provide and x-rays examinations. Dr. Smith's goal is to educate, collaborate with, and elevate practice members to optimal health through natural chiropractic care and carefully deliberated adjustments.

When you arrive at Spinal Health Care Center you will need to fill out some initial paperwork. When you are finished Dr. Smith will complete a full consultation followed by a full chiropractic examination to assess your neurological, postural and general wellbeing.
Upon entering our office, you will be greeted with a warm smile. We will provide you with initial paperwork that is designed to help Dr. Smith better understand your health history and information regarding your condition.
