I cannot say enough about my experience with Outten Chiropractic. Until meeting Dr. Chris, I struggled daily with back pain - there were not enough massages or ice packs to resolve the pain. In my short time (only a few months), my pain is gone. My family never hears me talk about my pain anymore. It's been such a blessing. But more than the treatment, I have been so grateful for the warm and caring environment Dr. Chris has created within his practice. This chiropractor and his staff are unbeatable. At my last visit, my daughter unexpectedly threw up in their office (it was horrifying and basically my worst nightmare). Lisa and the ladies on staff were just incredible; they immediately took care of the situation, put my mind at ease and completely reassured me that it was ok. They even brought a water bottle out to the car for me, to help take care of any mess. These people are family.

They are truly awesome and they made me change my mind about chiropractors. I had the worse experience before but Outten Chiropractic group are very professional and amazing. As soon as I was diagnosed with two herniated disks, I contacted Dr. Outten. I knew from previous experience that Spinal Decompression therapy was the only non-surgical therapy that was going to bring me any relief. Dr. Outten was thorough in his examination and his staff professional and comforting. I learned a great deal more about my condition as Dr. Outten explained his therapy program in detail.

I committed myself to the treatment, knowing Spinal Decompression would make me feel better. And I was right! I left my first decompression session feeling 100% better than when I walked in, and the same with every subsequent session. Session by session my back pain subsided and finally went away. I am now pain-free and back to living an active life.

I now see Dr. Outten on a periodic basis to maintain the proper spinal alignment his treatment provided. I'm feeling much better overall thanks to Dr. Outten and his wonderful staff! In my book, Spinal Decompression is the ONLY way to go if you have herniated, bulging, or compressed disks. The treatments that I've received by Dr. Outten over the past year and 4 months have alleviated the back pain that I experienced and no longer need the pillow to sit on while I drive! Also, I don't use the Bio-Freeze any longer. If I didn't get the results specified above through the Outten Chiropractic I probably wouldn't be going there twice a month. Results matter! I have been a patient of Dr. Outten since 2006. I have a fracture in my lower back and because of his knowledge and care, I can move freely without pain. The Dr./Patient relationship is bar none and he always takes as much time as needed at every appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Outten because I believe he is the best.

Over 20 years ago, I came to Dr Outten with TMJ (jaw) pain. After just a few treatments, not only was the pain basically gone, but much to my surprise (and to the delight of my wife), I stopped grinding my teeth at night, which I had done since childhood. Since that time, I have trusted him to keep my nervous system functioning optimally, which I consider very important for my overall health and wellness.

I have had really back lower back pain for a many years. I saw a number of doctors that all told me there was nothing wrong with my back. If I had any pain I should take some Tylenol and try to relax until the pain went away. Then I saw Dr Outten and he told me that spinal was misaligned and that was why I had pain. I had never seen a chiropractor before and I was a little nervous about getting treatment. Dr Outten and his staff were very patient with me and would explain everything they we went along. Anytime I had any questions they made me comfortable enough to ask and always stopped what they were doing to answer my questions.

It is now three months later and my back pain is almost completely gone! I couldn't be happier. I will be continuing my maintenance care with this office and recommend it to all my friends! When we moved from Georgia, we were concerned we wouldn't find a chiropractor we liked as much as the one we were leaving. Well, we like Dr. Outten even more! It's so nice to have nearly full range of motion in my neck again.
