Dr. Nina was in college at Tufts when she first tried chiropractic for her chronic back pain. After a short time under regular chiropractic care, not only did her back issues resolve, stomach pains that she had experienced since childhood also disappeared. This was an incredible experience that changed her life and set her on the career path to becoming a chiropractor.
At Englander Chiropractic Center we use several gentle and specific techniques that make our office an ideal place for children as well as adults. We use muscle testing as a way to assess nervous system health, which many people, especially children, find fascinating and fun! Even teens have been known to crack a smile in our office.
Many people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain there is nothing wrong with them - i.e., that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Getting this done in advance allows your to have more one on one time with the doctor at your appointment. You can print and bring the forms with you or send them to us in advance by email or fax. On your first visit you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss any health-related problems or concerns you may have.

Always a 5 star experience! Dr. Nina and her staff are professional, courteous and helpful. When you get adjusted by Nina, she finds the places that hurt that you didn't even know hurt. Plus, then she fixes those hurts. Nina is a terrific listener as well during the adjustment. What I consider small talk during a visit leads to Nina making astute observations and recommendations for after treatment care.
Her suggestions have ranged from supplements, exercise, dietary considerations to getting better sleep. The recommendations are always practical and holistic. Englander Chiro is an integral part of my family's wellness.

Kind, caring, knowledgeable. I went in for my first visit limping and in pain. Four hours later I felt like my body had been reset - less pain, more ease and freedom. Dr. Nina has a unique, whole-body method of assessing, treating, and informing. Kim and the staff are over-the-top friendly and supportive. So glad my friend Brenda guided me to Englander Chiropractic.

I have been going to chiropractors for over 40 years, including many different practices. Englander is a friendly and pleasant place, where you get a dedicated session with your doctor, unlike some practices where one doctor is treating several patients at once in different rooms. The scheduling is very efficient with rarely more than a few minutes waiting.
When I have been late due to traffic jams, they seem to fit me in quickly. While I have not been treated by Dr. Nina Englander, Dr. Andrew is responsive to my feedback and doesn't always just do the same thing each time. (He is also always in a good mood and funny.) They offer supplements, but don't push them at all.

As a woman with a long, complicated medical history, I've been around the block, seeing many, many providers. Things that have become important to me: 1) practitioners who truly listen and seek to hear their patients; 2) practitioners who don't "over-sell, " their ability to "fix you"; 3) practitioners who have a balanced approach to treatment - for me, that means not discounting conventional medicine and its role in treating certain conditions but also who offer a true compliment, and in some cases, a meaningful alternative to conventional therapies; and 4) practitioners who take a team approach to treating their patients - that is, involving you, the patient, in the process, decision-making, evaluation of the results, etc. Dr. Nina has hit it out of the park in all four areas for me, and to boot, her treatments have gotten me over a months-long plateau in my rehabilitation from chronic pain as a result of breast cancer surgeries.
She is very intuitive, gentle, yet effective. I've improved immensely since starting to see Dr. Nina and would recommend her to family and friends without reservation! P.S. Everyone in her office is so. darn. nice! It's efficiently run and Julie and Kim the receptionists are kind and responsive.

Felt completely safe seeing Dr. Nina in new covid-conscious world. Lots of safety precautions in place, and space to wash hands before and after treatment, and plenty of physical space in waiting area with few visitors allowed at a time. Most important, treatment felt as good and as thorough as it did pre-pandemic. Highly recommend Dr. Nina and staff!

Dr. Nina is exceptional. She is highly skilled, kind, and compassionate. I went to her for back pain after trying many other alternatives. Her diagnostic skills are always spot on, and she spends time talking with you. Dr. Nina's treatments are gentle, and her follow-up is amazing. As a result I'm able to work-out to strengthen by back and resume other activities that I love, like riding by bike. The entire office is invested in your care, and incredibly friendly. Highly Recommend!

Dr. Nina is by far the best chiropractor I have been to. I have had hip and knee pain for years and was very close to do a surgery but Dr. Nina has enabled me to avoid it! She is such a caring, warm and understanding person. She truly cares for her clients, thank you Dr. Nina for all you have done for your clients. I highly recommend her. Definitely 1 in a million! The staff are always friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Nina since she opened this practice and swear by her! Not only is she an amazing chiropractor but she greets everyone with a warm smile and makes an effort to truly get to know you. She also treats more than just your spine and nervous system; she is a truly holistic provider that helps you understand how to keep your whole self healthy.

My dear friends at ECC! you guys rock! Nina is just amazing.when I am not able to get in to see Nina, I realize when I d, o why I need to see her.how's that for a mouthful. I love how Nina takes the whole person into account, that it is more than stiff muscles or joints that need attention. Nina makes me smile every time I see her and I feel wonderful walking out that door!

I was recommended to Dr. Nina by family members who have been seeing her for years. I have always have issues with my back since I was a kid. Later in college I found out I had scoliosis, and also rounding of my vertebrae. I kept playing the sports and have always continued to have stiffness and pain, which has me going to PT about once every three years to help keep things under control.
Well after many years, I finally decided to see what chiropractic was all about. Dr. Nina has changed my preconceived notions of chiropractic care; she talks about 3 pillars that have to be looked at in the healing process, structure, stresses and chemical makeup of your body. I have been seeing her twice a week for 2 months and have noticed HUGE differences already!
There have been days where my back pain wasn't a worry. I haven't been able to say that ever in my life and honestly never thought I would. I am also actively training for sports and play at an International level. I put my body through the ringer but really wanted to test the process and so far have been blown away by the results. If you are in the same boat as I was and just were thinking dealing with back pain had to be a way of life I would encourage you to at least give Dr. Nina a try.
She is no just a chiropractor but a healer and I am so very grateful for what she has been able to do for me in the short time and really excited for the future and the possibilities with continued care.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nina enough! My back and overall physical health have come so far on her wellness plan. A few years ago, I battled back pain so bad I was in the emergency room. Twice. Under her care, I have been able to achieve a level of strength and fitness I never thought I could reach. At age 54, I engage in regular weight-training, including boxing and crossfit. I'm always amazed at how easily Dr. Nina assesses what's "off" in my body and how great I feel after a treatment session.
Her care has been a huge part of my overall health and wellness. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. The office environment has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. I highly recommend Dr. Nina!

Nina is AH - MAZINGG! Her office is welcoming and the front staff is extremely friendly. Great location that is easy to get to from the high way or Mass Ave. Lots of parking. And can be covered by insurance, depending on what you have. Then of course there is Nina. When I tell you this woman is incredible, it is honestly an understatement. I was very hesitent to go to a chiropractor after a snowboarding injury, but with the recommendation of a friend i begrudgingly decided to make the call. Well. it turned out to be one of the best phone calls I have ever made for the health of my body.
Not only did she fix the problem i had right away, she also was able to tell all of the other pains i got from the snowboarding trip and work on those too. I went from not being able to get in the car, do squats, or even jumping jacks, to doing daily tasks with ease and significantly better workouts, with lots of squats and jumping jacks (my swims even have gone from 10 laps to 20 laps!).
Oh and did I mention this has all happened in a week?!?!?! Nina has made me a chiropractic fan for life and I dont know what I ever did before. If you are even slightly considering seeking help for any sorts of aches or pains Nina is the person you want to see,

Nina is Amazing! She got me through a twin pregnancy with no pain/complications. She has been adjusting my twins since they were 2 days old, and kept my son from having to wear a brace for his hips. Now, at age 7 they LOVE coming to her! She has taught us all to be aware of what our bodies need to maintain our own health. My kids will now come and tell me, "My ____ feels funny.
I need to go see Dr. Nina!" They know that her adjustments help to keep them feeling strong. Nina is incredibly intuitive and compassionate. She looks at the whole person and works with them so they empower themselves around their own health. Coming to see her gives me a moment to breathe and focus on taking care of me, something that often gets lost in the daily shuffle. I am grateful to have her caring for my whole family!

Nina is brilliant, compassionate and thorough. Every time I leave her office I feel amazing and new and I can't help but notice all the patients I pass in the waiting room have the same experience. I am so glad I was referred to her by a friend and enjoy referring more patients. Nina will impact your life positively.

The best kept secret.so not sure why I am going to share it with everyone! Nina is incredible. Her holistic approach to chiropractic care keeps me coming back for more. I started off seeing her for some neck pain as well as Migranes and from the moment I met her and she started to work on me, I knew I was in great hands. Any chiropractor can adjust and crack you but Nina really works with you to understand your pain and ways to alleviate it.
And on top of her helping her patients she helps those in need. Throughout the year, Nina holds food drives, coat drives etc. I feel very blessed to be part of such a wonderful community. Her receptionist Gita is a doll and always a pleasure to work with! She also works on infants in children! I wish my mother took me to see Nina as a child.
