I suffered from a pinched nerve in my neck for over a year. After just 6 weeks of adjustments and regular massage, I have been nearly pain free for 7 months, avoiding costly, time consuming, steroid injections. I go back for periodic maintenance or if I start to feel stiffness or slight pain. One or two adjustments and I'm back to better! I truly can't thank DC enough. 12/10 recommend!

I was looking for a one time adjustment and called around to find the best price. I was told on the phone that my first visit I would not be charged. I asked why and they said they bill my insurance. I said what if my insurance doesn't cover it and just kept getting the runaround. No one would tell me the actual price. So I made an appointment because this place seem to be the cheapest given that I wasn't going to be charged. Months later I receive a bill for $130 and was told that insurance didn't cover it.

Why wouldn't you give me an actual price? I would've chosen somewhere that is not nearly as expensive. I see a chiropractor in Los Angeles, a much more expensive area, for about half the price for one time visits. And now I'm responsible for $130 for a five minute adjustment. I did apparently sign paperwork that it was not a complementary visit, so that's on me, however where is the transparency around pricing?

Why are questions about price passed off as though it's a sure thing that insurance would cover it? What an absolute rip off. I will not be coming back here and I will also be leaving negative reviews wherever I possibly can. ---- UPDATE TO REPLY TO RESPONSE: I cam in with mild neck soreness. I've been to dozens of chiropractors. Why was this such a complex adjustment for you?

The appointment lasted a few minutes and was no different than any other adjustment I've received. I explained my condition over the phone. Why was a price range given? I signed a form saying this visit is not complimentary. How do you figure that clears up so much confusion? It sounds like you make promises while people are at low points and don't give the any information about what you'll charge them until it's too late.

If I had know this would be over $70 I would have never agreed to the appointment, but your "system" is that you don't even tell people a ballpark until they've already wasted their time. I stand by my one star review that you need to have more transparent business practices.

I had been a patient of Duncan Chiropractic clinic for years before we moved to North Carolina. I absolutely could not have said enough good things about them then. We have now moved back to Michigan and I needed to see a chiropractor and called Duncan and they got me in the same day! Even though it had been 8 years since I had been there, their professionalism and warmth remains the same.

They are so friendly and treat you like they have known you forever. I felt so much better when I left after just one visit. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful clinic and doctor so close that I can get in whenever I need to and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that i will feel better when I leave. I could not recommend them and especially Dr. Babowicz more highly!

Dr Mercier is the absolute best! He has taken my pain post spinal fracture seriously and provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan. He has been very attentive and responsive. Laser therapy has been helpful with both my pain, and the bone healing. His overall recommendations for management have aligned with that of my Orthopedic Physician. I can't thank him and his amazing staff enough!

Everyone is very professional at Duncan Chiropractor Group. Dr. Jonca has helped my back and neck issues tremendously. Julianna is a awesome massage therapist. I would highly recommend this business.

Had a therapeutic massage this morning for a back issue and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. I got there early and they moved me in as soon as my therapist was ready (early) and Lea was great! She was very attentive to my needs and concerns and I feel much better. I would highly recommend them for sure!

I've been to multiple different chiropractic offices for lifelong back issues and this one is by far the best! I have hip, back, neck and sciatica issues stemming from scoliosis and the corrective surgery. After a few years of having insurance that no longer covered chiropractic care and being in constant pain or discomfort, two visits with Dr. Ryan Mercier have done more for me than years of treatment at previous clinics. I'm so happy to have lucked upon an amazing chiropractor that just so happened to specialize in scoliosis, couldn't have gone better!

When you show up, you are encouraged to make 2 appointments in order to get your insurance processed and have everything squared away when you walk out the door on the second appointment. I paid $75 copay on my second appointment and left happy. I was later sent an automatic text stating I owe another $65. After calling, they realized they did not apply half of my payment.

Just know that their 2 appointment pitch is a sales plan and they will not have your insurance processed or even your payments processed. Always double check your bills from here.

Duncan Chiropractic has been such a help to myself and my infant daughter. Not only do they aim to get us in as soon as possible for last minute appointments but they also are so kind and welcoming during the entire process! Their rates are completely affordable for both chiropractic work and massage therapy.
