Other than being expensive without certain types of deals that my friends' chiropractors have, we are very pleased with Dr Helland and his work. He's friendly, answers questions, and is gentle with my daughter and I as he does manual adjustments. The work itself has also helped my hip and hand numbness as well as my daughter's back after she fell from a tree over a year ago.
For those not yet patients, it might be desirable to know the visits are in private rooms with open doors and they ask you to change into a hospital gown on the top half. The place is always very clean. I love that I can walk in without an appointment.

Dr Helland is amazing I spent a lot of money with my primary doctor thought I was going to have to get back surgery. Dr Helland had me go do ct scan and mri and was able to help me from spending a lot more money was able to get me through a very stressful and painful event with out having surgery. Great staff as well.

I've always been skeptical of chiropractors. But when I hurt my back doing BJJ and found no relief from traditional PT, a friend begged me to see Dr. Helland. Within two weeks I was better! All I could think was, "why did I wait so long?" I now go on a regular basis and feel great. I highly recommend Drs. Helland and Deal.

My family has gone to Dr. Helland for years! We love Powers Chiropractic. He is so good. Knowledgeable but can also explain well what he's doing. For someone who never went to the chiropractor before (when I first started), he helped me feel comfortable. Both my husband and I physically feel the difference when we are going. He has also adjusted our kiddos since they were little and they have always loved going to see him. We would definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Helland is amazing! I came in with my 3 week old, in the middle of Covid, but I was in so much pain from a pregnancy injury that I needed someone who could help me quick. He not only completely fixed my issue but allowed me to bring my son to each visit. His office provides so much care that I will recommend them always!

I initially started seeing Dr. Helland when I was pregnant with my son and in a lot of lower back pain. He is very professional and was able to help me even though many chiropractors were nervous to start seeing me in my third trimester. I really appreciate that he is willing to work with the coverage I have through my insurance and does his best. to get my back aligned so I don't have to come in regularly.
I also love the flexibility of his open office hours! He is great at listening and makes you feel like you are his only client. His office staff is friendly too. I highly recommend Dr. Helland to anyone who needs chiropractic care!
