I love this chiropractor! I am 36 weeks pregnant and I have been going to this office for the past 6 months. I go for adjustments and prenatal massages every week and I love love Jennifer. Super nice people and excellent service. I will keep going even after the baby comes.

I have received a warm welcome to Adio Chiropractic from Dr. Dickson and Regina (Chiro assistant). Dr. Dickson really listened to my concerns about my back issues and asks how I feel before and after each visit. His bedside manner is impeccable. He and Regina both are caring professionals and I would highly recommend anyone with any chiropractic needs to come and visit Adio Chiropractic.

I have been receiving treatment from Adio Chiropractic for over a year now. They have been so fantastic and I really can't praise them enough! I started receiving massage treatment recently, and combining massage with my chiropractic adjustments has really turned out to be the perfect recipe. I have been dealing with chronic upper back pain for years now.

I have been to multiple physical therapists, undergone stem sessions and dry needling, and while those methods helped some, I never really felt the relief I was looking for. However, now I feel the best I have in a very long time! We started incorporating Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization into my massage sessions recently, and that has been a huge help.

I used to have to beat myself up with a theracane, or constantly roll a lacrosse ball between my shoulder blades to get some pain relief, but the IASTM really seems to be the key to unlocking my back! Bottom line is they have all the services you need here and the personalized care that I have not been able to get anywhere else!

Dr. Dickson is great! Very thorough and informative in my consultation and I started to feel a difference after just the first adjustment. I also appreciate their transparency on financials and working with me and my insurance to keep it affordable.

I have been going to Adio Chiropractor for years. Dr. Matt and the acupuncturist Barbara Lee are absolutely fantastic! Both of them have cured my ailments quickly and with a caring hand. They truly listen to what my issues are and design a treatment plan based on what I need. Regina, the office manager, does a great job scheduling and responding to my inquiries quickly. I highly recommend Adio!

Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars for ADIO Chiropractor! I was in search of a top notch chiropractor for my constant lower back and neck pain. I was going to another place for relief (The Joint) religiously to get adjusted up to two times a week and my pain was not going away. Sure the instant relief of the crack was there but whatever the underlying issue -it was not being addressed or resolved.

From my first experience with Dr. Dickson I knew I would get the care I was looking for! Following a thorough set of x-rays Dr. Dickson took the time to thoroughly explain how he will help care for me and most importantly what I should be doing at home (icing, drinking plenty of water, stretching regiment) to ensure I maximize the care I am given in office.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a thorough and thoughtful chiropractor who takes the time to explain how they will treat you and how adjustments can improve your overall health you need to visit ADIO and see Dr. Dickson. Regarding overall office vibe - the office is extremely neat & clean. I have seen tables sanitized immediately after use, staff wear gloves, and masks are optional to protect the clients. Regina at the front desk is also amazing. Caring, kind, helpful, always addresses me by name when I come through the door and is so friendly. Great place to get adjusted! Ive been going consistently for about 4 years now! I cant see myself going anywhere else! They really try to help and figure out why you feel the way you do and how to prevent pains and aches in your body! Great place 10/10

Becoming an adult and growing up is rough! When I was 18 I would go to the gym and do some pretty questionable workouts. Now that I am 23 I have to be more cautious given that at age 22 I injured my lower back doing some barbell squats. I tried going to my Doctor, I took Advil almost every day, but nothing was really working to alleviate the pain.

It got to the point where I could not get myself out of bed unless I rolled to the ground, and I had to call out of work for 3 consecutive days. The pain would get better but would never go away until one day I decided to call ADIO Chiropractic and scheduled an appointment. Regina scheduled me right away and Dr. Dickson was very thorough, professional, informative, and friendly.

He quickly identified all of the problems that were the root of my pain and issues and we started right away with the adjustments. After about 3 months of adjustments, the pain was completely gone and I regained my full mobility and strength. I was able to return to the gym and do activities that I was not able to do while injured. Even though my pain is gone, I still schedule appointments on a monthly basis to relieve strains, tightness, and to prevent future injuries.

The efficiency of ADIO Chiropractic is like no other place I know. They have an app that offers direct text messaging for any questions or concerns, and gives you full control of your own appointment scheduling with ease and flexibility. I have recommended this clinic to many people and will continue to do so as I am very happy and satisfied with the treatments, the results, and the warm welcomes every single visit.

Dr. D has a massive amount of experience treating those of us with prior surgeries, and he can adjust patients with the subtlety and finesse needed improve structure and balance while working within the patient's comfort zone. I highly recommend this practice!

I started seeing Dr. Dickson very early in my pregnancy this year and let me tell you, he and his staff are simply wonderful! They are professional, courteous and greet you with smiles and a warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Dr. Dickson takes his time during the initial consultation and really gets to know you/your needs and goals. During each of my weekly appointments, he makes sure to ask me exactly how I'm feeling and does not let me leave the practice without checking my range of motion and trouble spots. I sincerely appreciate the great care he takes of not only myself but my spouse as well. If you are even thinking about coming to Dr. Dickson, I highly recommend you do so!

I've been using ADIO for many years and I honestly believe I'm much healthier because of it. Aging is not a fun experience and it comes with a lot of aches and pains. Dr. Dickson has been able to keep me moving, helped with my back and neck pain and there is no other Chiropractor I would go to.

Matt has helped me and my back so much. I suffered a severe back and neck pain from a car accident several years ago. I had been living on pain killers for all that time. My cousin Rob told me about Adio and I came to town to try them out. After a thorough exam, xrays, and discussing all my ailments, Matt gave me an adjustment and I felt like a new person.

The chronic pain I had been living with was gone. I come back for visits to Aurora and I have seen Matt again and I feel amazing. I love how friendly and thorough the staff is as well. Matt made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. I am not starting to ween off the pain meds I've been on for five years and finally feel like I am able to do so because of Matt's help.

It is easy to get an appointment. They have early morning hours making it easy to fit in with my work schedule. Dr. Dickson does individualized care and remembers patients preferences making you feel important.

An auto accident in 1992 left me with constant pain in my neck and lower back. After many treatments in physical therapy, injections and doctors wanting to prescribe medications for pain, I was left with little relief. Normal daily activity left me in terrible pain, every night begging my husband to rub or massage just enough to allow me some rest.

I was referred to Dr. Dickson and Adio Chiropractic by a friend and could not be happier. I have never been to a practice that has been more attentive to their patients. The entire staff is welcoming, professional and caring. They listen to your questions and always take whatever time is necessary to make sure you are taken care of. For the first time since my accident I have been able to go about my daily routine with little to no pain.

The treatment plan provided by Dr. Dickson has given me back my life. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and will highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for help!

They up and decided to charge me $159 for adjustments I had 2 YEARS AGO. They say that I never paid them and they just let me walk out. I paid cash for every appointment I had. I distinctly remember them scrambling to get change from the back because they didn't have it up front at the desk. After a phone call they are denying that they have change on hand at their location, this is a straight out lie.

I also refused their program for cheaper appointments because they said the most they could go for me was do a massage every once in a while. The massage was awful by the way, the lady did not listen to me and refused to use more lotion and wouldn't listen to where I needed the massage to be centered around (I.e the tightened muscles that were hurting me).

The adjustments were mediocre and can be done by any other place for cheaper. So I stopped going and even moved away. They are taking advantage of a young, financially struggling, college age student. Not once was there any mention of owed money or bills sent in the mail. Don't waste your time or money. It is ridiculous that I now have to find a way to pay these people again because they couldn't figure out how to handle a r

I went to this chiropractor 2 years ago. Each time after being seen, I went to the front desk to make my next appointment and asked what I owe. Each time getting my new appointment and being told that there was nothing outstanding. I stopped going due to a surgery. After a year of not being seen I received an outstanding bill saying I owe 1k, it said it was over 90 days.

I have insurance that would have paid this amount easily if it was billed on time. But due to untimely billing they denied it. Now they are harassing me about the outstanding bill. I highly do no recommend anyone from going here. The front desk delays sending receipts, calling back, etc.

I have been going to ADIO for about 6 months or so usually twice a month. I originally went for frequent headaches and migraines and have had no issues with this for the last few months. I continue to get adjusted but my favorite part of the office is the massage. I get a massage every couple weeks with Kristen and she is not your typical masseuse.

I have had deep tissue before but she will do as deep as you are willing to accept. I have a few troubled areas in my back and neck that tend to knot, and when i leave my back feels like a bowl of Jello. I highly recommend and respect the skills she brings to the table.

Found Adio Chiropractic on Groupon, and there was a reason why they're on Groupon. I am suffering from lower back pain/stiffness and was hoping the chiropractor might be able to fix this. After, 9 "adjustments" my back was not feeling any better. Finally, they recommended I see a massage therapist and immediately my back felt better. It took over 9 "adjustments", and nearly $500, for the doctor to realize a stiff back might need a massage therapist.

I put "adjustments" in quotations because they lasted all of 5 minutes and I'm not sure anything was ever really "adjusted." On top of this is the lack of respect to customers who set a schedule to see the doctor is just mind blowing. Plan on waiting for the doctor. If you're looking for a chiropractor in the area, look elsewhere. Note: This review does not reflect Dr. Dickson, treatment was received from the other chiropractor.

Adio is the best of the best for chiropractice. First off, the receptionist/x-ray technician/everything else she does is the kindest, patient person you'll ever meet in a doctor's office. Not only that but she remembers your name and your problems from heart because she cares, she's the most empathetic person in healthcare. Then there is Dr. Dickson.

He is thorough, he is practical, he's patient, and he's the best chiropractor I've ever been to (which is saying something for the kind of problems I've experienced). This office is not out to make a buck on you, they're out to make you feel your best. One day, when my back snapped out of place, I went in (during their lunch) I couldn't walk, I had someone help me, Tanesha (the awesome helper) came out to support me, she set me up to get my muscles relaxed and gave me water and ice packs, so that when Dr. Dickson came back I was ready to be cracked. I was in shock when I was up and walking that night. Yes, they are that good.

Dr. Dickson is very professional and provided solid assessment and education for me. He provided flexibility in scheduling that I have never experienced with any medical professional. Tanesha is great! She checked on my insurance coverage and I was provided excellent information on what my insurance would cover and the cost of visits. My husband and I have both went to Dr. Dickson and have experienced pain relief.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor's office lying to me about accepting my insurance.plus the doctor was just ok.nothing spectacular. One of the first questions I asked Tanesha at the front desk was if the office accepted my insurance.easy yes or no question for most doctors' staff. She politely took my card copied it and said that she was sure that they did but would let me know on my next visit.

Since I was using a COUPON on the first visit I did not think that it would be a issue to wait. Long story short she had a excuse on my next 2 visits as to why she did not have time to contact the insurance company. Also she gave me a $1,200.00 estimate on my 3rd visit of what it would cost to continue treatment. Now this was cost on top of my insurance.

At this time (3rd) I determined that this was a SCAM an they did not accept my insurance but had figured a way to get cash directly from me. I was told when I left the office that day that I did not owe anything because she would be billing the insurance company. 4 months later I get a bill and of course she had never attempted to bill my insurance.

I have received the worst runaround from Tanesha and have been turned over to a collection agency. I recommend that you get everything about your cost and billing cleared up on the 1st visit and don't trust her. I would just love to know if this happened to anyone else.

I WAS a patient here until Dr. Dickson did what must be against the Hippocratic Oath. He actually looked me over while I was in pain, unable to turn my head, and sent me home as he didn't feel he had time to help me because he had a lot of paper work to do!. Why any chiropractor would ever prioritize paper work over caring for a patient that was already on the table is beyond me. I will not recommend this chiropractor to anybody, nor will I return.

Dr Dickson is a great doctor. We went there for my wife's back problem. He did spinal decompression on her. Even though she could not get better completely owing to her Fibromyalgia ( which Dr Dickson helped diagnose), she felt great relief. He was always very professional and caring. We liked his sense of humor as well. Overall, a great doctor, not the one's who only run after money.
