We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Peoria chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
You can expect to be greeted as a member of our family with respect and courtesy by our friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist/office manager at the front was friendly on the phone. Helpful & accommodating. But when I got in I was greeted with rude attitudes. I was one of 3 customers in the office at the time. But I was the only one they asked to use hand sanitizer. While I was there I had to take a call from my babysitter. As I was on the phone I heard the office manager/massage therapist snickering & making fun of me as if I couldn't hear.
I had to pull my mask down because the person I was speaking to couldn't hear me. The office manager bolted over & said "you need to put that in or leave". When it was time for me to go back with the massage therapist I walked into the room with very loud heavy metal. It was never turned off or turned down during my massage. She complained & bad mouthed every single person in her life.
Then she proceeded to tell me intimate details about her & her boyfriend. The sheet was failing to cover me at all I was freezing & feeling exposed. The massage was ok. But I will never be going back. I came to relax. But I left feeling judged, whined to & ripped off. I didn't get an adjustment here. I'm sure the chiropractor is fine. But his office staff is damn mess! Never again!

Literally got my appointment cancelled on me 3 times. I can only come in on Saturdays and scheduled over a month in advance. A few days prior I get a call telling me they need to reschedule and I comply. A few days after that again so i comply yet again. I come in on one of the days I was asked and no one comes to the door. A few days later I get a call and they are pushing it back saying I can't get one until August unless I can come in on a week day which of course they seem to be booked on any day that I tried making available to them.
Very frustrating experience. I don't know if it's because I got a groupon for it or what so they are trying to make more money but scheduling others in the "desirable slots" but it sure feels that way when the owner calls you and schedules you so far out while before that the message therapists were willing to schedule you sooner.
