This is the most therapeutic chiropractic service I've ever had! Dr Bobby and his whole staff are professional and friendly. I've been going for several years and would never go anywhere else.

My aunt recommended Dr. Bobby for some neck pain however I was very cautious about seeing a chiropractor. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in right away for a consult. Dr. Bobby is incredibly easy to talk to and after a brief check, he suggested some stretches and other exercises, no adjustment! For people that think chiropractors are only trying to turn you into a chronic patient, go see Dr. Bobby and you will change your mind. I have already recommended him to two friends. If I need any of his services in the future, I will certainly be calling Dr. Bobby! Thank you!

I have had back issues for over 10 years, with a new back problem that started a year ago. After just 4 appointments here, I'm feeling so so much better. It's a night and day difference. I can't recommend it enough.

I have had lower back pain most of my adult life due to herniated discs and my profession. I have seen a few different providers to help me with the pain over the years, and they all helped to a certain degree. By far Dr. Raphaela is just incredible. No one has been able help me reach such a high level of relief. After one of her adjustments I become loose as a gymnast, keep in mind I walked in like Frankenstein.

Today I went in and couldn't bend over or lift my right leg without significant pain. She adjusted me and literally I stood up pain free. I have never experienced this with any other provider. She is by far the best, and that is not an exaggeration. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Billing department is an absolute scam. NEVER EVER again will I step foot in this place and will do everything in my power to make sure no one else does as well. Incredibly disappointed. Price inflation to the max! They scam Insurance companies. Which ultimately screws you over. Just spoke to someone on the phone and she told me the prices. Consultation/exam and chiropractic services for $90. That sounds great. They charged my insurance company $259.00? Hmm.

I've gone here off and on for about 3 years. Dr. Bob is great, and I've experienced long term freedom from pain I didn't find through other treatments. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Lovely doctors! Would be an amazing place if it wasn't for Anne working in the billing department. I have very good insurance and have gone there for some time now. I pay my balance monthly but lord have mercy she sends a "lovely" note on every statement letting you know she received it but it was a small amount and if you don't continue she'll take other means.

I swear every month its something new she writes. And that's with making payments! Every single one she writes is snarky and rude. It's honestly a joke amongst my friends now to see what she'll write next. And if it gets close to the end of the month and she doesnt see a payment.you'll get a nice red stamp on your envelope saying past due even tho you still have a week left in the month. Maybe she has something deeper going on in her life that makes her on edge.but it's hurting this great place. Cause I'm done with her drama.

Great service! I have always been leary of chiropractor's and hated going because of the high pressure sales. At Rivercrest, you just schedule an appointment and go in and get adjusted. I recommend Steve, he takes the time to listen and he does a good job.

Love these guys. The team is great and Dr. Steve is highly skilled. My back and neck issues are finally on the mend and I'm starting to feel like I'm going to truly recover! I can't stress enough how much of a relief it is to have found a chiropractor that wants to help me heal; not just collect my money by keeping me in an "everlasting patient."

I have been seeing Dr. Rafeala and Dr. Steve (at times) for several years now and continue to go back to them to date. She listens and treats all of my on and off issues above and beyond any other chiropractor I have ever seen! She gives me better suggestions for issues I have questions about better than my regular Family Doctor. I trust her, she knows how to care for my personal issues as an individual, not just another patient. Including the staff and PT's are wonderful!
