Considerable media coverage has been provided in the past year or two for the chiropractic treatment of spinal problems in children. This coverage has frequently attempted to dramatize chiropractic spinal adjusting for children as being unsafe and unnecessary. Reported cases have bordered upon sensational with untrue "facts" and impressions frequently being conveyed in an apparent endeavor to boost program ratings. This article attempts to answer the questions asked by many parents about their children's spinal health.

Dr. Williams has the best skills and staff to deal with all types of back issues since I was 13 years old 40 years. I found somebody who is gifted in the chiropractic field. I've wasted too much money and too many years dealing with otheRs. If you've been with the rest now you know to stay with the best and that is Dr. Williams. Thank you Dr. Williams and all of his staff for for an amazing job.

After reading the glowing reviews, I was very hopeful that Dr. Williams could help me with the problems I'm having with my neck and shoulder. After a visit to the ER last week and diagnosis of spasmodic torticullis, the pain hasn't subsided, my arm and fingers have gone numb, and started swelling. The website clearly says "Walk-Ins Welcome, " but that was not my experience.
I drove with one arm over to this office yesterday morning as soon as they opened, hoping for some immediate relief. The woman sitting at the front desk didn't even look up as I entered, or greet me. I said, "Hi, are you taking walk-ins?" She still didn't even look at me as she snapped, "Nope, not for new patients." She proceeded to tell me how slammed they were because "Dr. Mitchell left" and there would be no hope of an appointment until at least next week (this is on a Monday, FYI).
I pleaded with her that this is an emergency and I can't use my hand, but got nothing more than fierce head-shaking as I started to tear up. I asked if she could suggest anywhere that would see me sooner, and was again met with an emphatic "no, " as she stayed engrossed in whatever she was working on. Needless to say, I left the office in tears, and called the other top-reviewed chiropractor in town (who didn't have an appointment that day, but at least promised they'd call if there was a cancellation before my appointment).
I've never left a negative review for any place of business, but believe that I should make the doctor as well as potential new patients aware that not only are walk-ins not welcome, they will be treated as a burden by this miserable receptionist. Maybe she just had "a case of the Mondays, " but Dr. Williams would be better off investing her salary in a robot receptionist, as potential patients would be treated with more humaniity than this woman exhibited.

Dr. Williams and his staff are very courteous and ensured that I was comfortable and well taken care of from the time I entered their office to the time that I left. Dr. Williams has a great sense of humor and kept me laughing and engaged throughout my consultation and adjustment. As a first-time patient, I highly recommend them!

My husband has suffered from chronic neck and back pain for 6 years from an auto accident. We've been tossed around by a million drs, charged through the roof for zero relief. My husband has suffered so much and it's been really hard. Our first visit with Dr Williams was amazing. He pin pointed all the places that my husband has complained about immediately and adjusted his whole body instead of just certain areas which made so much more sense!
He's so affordable and actually took the time to figure out what was going on. From the attention alone he gave us I wanted to cry. He is our only chiropractor from now on, definitely recommend!

I went in to see Dr. Williams (walk in) with sever back pain due to an L5 protrusion. The doctor answered all my questions regarding my lower back pain and provided helpful tips on what I can do to feel better (at little or no cost) He and his staff are always interested in how I feel and always offer for me to go back sooner if needed. I'm never turned away and I'm checked in as soon as there is an opening available (same day).
I've been going to Helping Hands for about a month now and I can honestly say my condition has improved, my pain is more manageable and I'm sleeping better. I highly recommend Helping Hands.

Dr. Williams and his staff are most helpful, professional, skilled and compassionate. Dr. Williams listens carefully and conducts a systematic treatment plan for effective healing. The equipment is up to date and the treatment center is very clean. Office visit rates are affordable and well worth the investment. Appointments are conducted in a timely manner. My treatment plan and subsequent progress produced excellent results.

Awesome chiropractor! Dr. Williams is a super nice guy that knows his stuff. Prior to coming to him, I was incredibly afraid of chiropractors. His attitude, care, and gentle methods definitely changed that for me on my first visit. I now look forward to every appointment; I always walk out feeling like a million bucks!
