We had register our newly born and got her medical and the lady told us she was approved. We've done already two appointments but now a day before her one month appointment they call us saying she isn't enrolled in medical. We called medical and they said she was and wasn't sure why Clinicas is saying she wasn't. My fiance went in at the time of her appointment like my daughter is scheduled and they told me fiance she had to fill out another application.
They told her she didn't qualify before this was her second time applying. Do they not have that on record that she is already a patient and has medical. They refused to call medical to confirm. They told her they couldn't see my daughter unless she pays $90 for a consultation. I'm furious as to why my fiance had to drive by herself to the clinic and not let my daughter being seen due to their mistake. Why would she be seen twice before with medical but now that her 1 month appointment is coming they call us a day before to tell us this.

Hands down to Dr. Peter White I had gone with another doctor about my blood results and the other doctor just stressed me out and made my anxiety skyrocket. After seeing Dr. White, he definitely helped me feel at peace and explained my results 10 times better than the other doctor. He is an amazing professional, I highly recommend him and Godbless this man!
