Laura is MAGIC. I got an upper body massage from her. Not only is she very personable, she is great at adjusting her massage to your needs and your comfort level. She managed to get my scapula to release and now, for the first time in years, I can roll my shoulder without feeling/hearing it rolling over every knot. I didn't think my shoulders were that tense until she released them, because now they have just dropped. So relaxing. Will go back to see Laura again and will recommend her to all my friends.

I love coming to Dr. Bannister. He always relieves my pain and makes my lower back and shoulders feel so much better. The ladies in the office have always been friendly and helpful. This is a personable and genuine group of professionals and I highly recommend this Chiropractic office to anyone looking for a place. I would never consider going anyplace else.

I have been going to the Neck and Back Center since 2017. Dr. Bannister goes a GREAT job! I can always tell by my back aches and pains when I need to get in for an adjustment. I have problems with tightness and soreness in my neck and shoulders and don't know what I would do if Dr. Bannister wasn't there to relieve the pain. I have been to other local Chiropractors, but I like this place the best.
Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and its easy to get an appointment and be seen quickly. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone needing Chiropractic care.

I can't say enough about Neck and Back Center of Erie. I have been a patient for years now and they always take real good care of me. I now have my family and friends coming here. They take the time to listen and then determine the best treatment. I have seen all the Drs. and they all want the same thing and thats to get you feeling better. I also wanna recognize the staff that takes great care of you as soon as you walk in the door.

After having my children I started seeing Dr. Bannister, he worked wonders on my hips and back. Last year (2019) my son and I were in a bad car accident. He has been working amazingly to fix my neck issues and was wonderful with my 6 year old son. I highly recommend this practice to every one i know. Thank you Dr. Bannister, Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Dan yall are all amazing!

From day one of going to neck and Back Center I was treated wonderful. the staff and all the doctors treated me like a human and not a number. they would explain things to you thoroughly.to be honest I really don't know how they put up with me. lol. and Sonya, [if I'm spelling it right] is amazing. they always great you with a smile and you leave with a smile.

At first I was skeptical. The first session was about 30 minutes and the doctor put me in a stimulator for muscles then cracked the top of my back and neck. That was it. It was mostly talking. I went home still in pain. I went back three days later and he didn't remember me. Additionally, the appointment was 12 minutes from start to finish and he focused on the wrong side of my neck.
I was severely confused. I asked for itemized statements. I received one from the prior visit and was asked to pay $30. My deductible was met and I was confused bc my co-insurance was only 10% (the statement showed it was less than $300). My EOB showed $19.94 so I was confused why they were expecting $30. Thankfully I challenged it. The third time I came in the receptionist was rude and demanded I pay a "co-pay" before I had my visit although I have a $0 copay.
Mind you, I had no problem paying, I simply wanted to see invoices. I asked her again and she couldn't provide them to me. She said she will email them. A week later I still haven't received them. I cancelled my follow up appointment and won't be returning.
