Dr. O'Neill does full-spine adjusting techniques, with emphasis on upper cervical work. He uses techniques such as Gonstead, Thompson, Diversified, Activator and Torque Release. He has most recently studied BioGeometric Integration(BGI), which allows him to adjust the spine very gently while getting excellent results.
O'Neill Chiropractic is a modern facility on the south end of Myrtle Beach known for its range of chiropractic techniques and other services. First time patient, today, and was received the same day I inquired. Very attentive to my needs and history as best as I could present it. Gave it back to me in clearer terms that assured me I was understood. Also, the initial check out evaluation was the most thorough of any Chiropractor that I have visited in the past. Great place for your "adjustments".have been going here for years and always love my visits.and the results. Today, however, was my first visit with Dr. Tyler and he did an amazing job! His manner is soothing and calm, his adjustments were on point and he is very attentive and understanding. If you are in need of Chiropractic Care.this is certainly a good choice! Ten Stars! Dr. Tim is doing a wonderful job of repairing my back which had gone from bad to worse over 12 years to the point I could not stand for more than a minute without acute pain. Now under Dr. Tim's care for 1 1/2 months I have so far gone 9 days and nights in a row without any pain! I highly recommend Dr. Tim and his staff and the key to success is to follow his individual treatment plan for you as it definitely makes a great difference.

I started seeing Dr O'Neil in September for neck pain. I could see an improvement after my first visit. Now I'm practically pain free. I go once a week for maintenance. Dr O'Neil is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. He cares about you and your health. Melissa always greets you with a smile and very helpful and caring. The best chiropractic care I've ever had. Dr. Tyler has helped me tremendously and gone above and beyond what you'd expect from a chiropractic facility. Everyone at O'Neill Chiropractic incl.
