After two weeks of no relief from neck and arm pain. I went to Cowan Chiropractic and was warmly greeted and met with Dr. Cowan. I was evaluated and started immediate treatment. I left there with a noticeable difference in my pain level and by the end of the day I noticed a significant drop in my pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Cowan Chiropratic!

Cowan Chiropractic is by far one of the best chiropractors in Delaware. They pay very close attention to your needs they always find the best way to help you. It's like one big family they treat their patients amazingly, from initial consultation all through treatment. I've been going there for years and couldn't ask for a better practice. I have been coming to Dr. Cowan for about a year now. My mother always speaks highly of him and his staff and I could not agree more! I am now 7 months pregnant and he has still been seeing me throughout my pregnancy. I honestly don't think I could get through this without him. This is my 6th baby and my back is all kinds of messed up. They have been great during the covid-19 pandemic with keeping me on their book and I'm so grateful they are still open and taking literally so many precautions makes me feel so safe. He is just wonderful at what he does and I would never think of going to another chiropractor. Thank you for all you do and for keeping my back in check.

One month ago I was in constant pain, couldn't run 5K without having to stop because of pain and going to see a chiropractor who had not done x-rays, had not properly diagnosed the problem, and whose adjustments were frankly useless. After switching to Dr. Cowan in early July, I am now pain free, and this weekend ran 10K, pain free! Dr. Cowan is a very thorough and very talented chiropractor.

I started see Dr. Cowan about 4 months ago. I had an accident while serving in the military, and the pain has always lingered over the years. I decided to try something new so I contact Dr. Cowan's office. During the first few weeks of treatment the pain slightly went away. I continued to inform the doctor on any changes I noticed from my treatment.
Following those first few weeks, Dr. Cowan decided to put me on a new treatment plan. From that day on I have been pain free. I have full range of motion in my neck, and I can read or sit in class without having any tightness or stiffness in my neck and shoulder areas. I have found Dr. Cowan and his staff to be very courteous and professional. Even when I forgot about appointments or need to reschedule, there has never been a problem. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cowan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor.
