Dr. Tom Lindstrom is one of the few chiropractors who offers Deep Tissue Laser Therapy to reduce pain and inflammation. Over the years as a Chiropractor, I have treated many athletes suffering from painful sports-related injuries, including tendonitis and repetitive-motion injuries. I also have treated many more patients suffering extreme pain from arthritis, lower back pain, neck pain, as well as various forms of accident trauma. Dr. Lindstrom graduated from West Aurora High School in 1975. From there, he attended Southern Illinois University for the next three years. Upon completion of his third year at S.I.U., he enrolled at the National College of Chiropractic, now known as National University of Health Sciences. His post graduate education includes the Gonstead Method which he studied at the Gonstead Chiropractic Clinic, and postgraduate studies in sports medicine.

Dr Tom, Sue, and the rest of the staff run an immaculate facility. No fluff or BS, no extra stuff tried to sneak in, and flexibility to the max. They treated my Achilles tendon and an upper back shoulder spasm that has bothered me for years. Besides a minor self inflicted lifting injury (also treated by them) I'm painless for the first time in a decade. Could not recommend them more!

I feel like a million bucks! Dr. Lindstrom and his team was amazing! first time going to a chiropractor was having issues with back lower and neck pain. they were welcoming and explained each device they were going to use on me and what i should expect. Dr. Lindstrom massaged my back and neck before he did the cracking and oh my god. i wish i could take him home with me. -so happy with the service and overall experience! free consultation and service fee was 45$ for laser to get the blood circulation going, muscle simulation Machine, and adjustments of neck, and back!

Could be better. The adjustments don't do much. The chiropractic assistants are very nice. Dr. Lindstrom has made me quite uncomfortable during all of my visits. Will not be going here again. The bad service combined with the off-putting atmosphere isn't worth it. The only thing worth noting that ever made me feel better was the electrolysis (i believe that's what it was called) and the icy hot gel.
Relief of my pain only ever lasted one day at most. EDIT: I see that the business is now claiming i wasn't an actual client. I was. People in my family have been clients too. This is a legitimate critique of a business, and is my opinion as a former client.

Dr. Lindstrom runs an excellent business. The clinic is well kept, and the staff is friendly. Dr. Lindstrom helped cure my incessant lower back pain and worked with me to help reduce my lower side pain. He worked with me to provide the services I needed and worked with my insurance plan to provide affordable treatment. While there are some health professionals that care more about their paycheck than patients, Dr. Lindstrom is the opposite.
He cares about his patients. I recommend this facility. My recommendation for new patients is to keep communication opened about any concerns as well as the effectiveness of the treatment.

I had been going to Dr Lindstrom for over 20 years. I moved away and I was still driving over 1 hr to see him. My 2nd move took me even further away, where I can no longer make the drive. I have been looking ( and trying out) many different chiropractors, but no one compares to Dr Lindstrom. I miss his technique and the adjustments! I highly recommend him! He also has theraputic massage therapists to loosen the muscles prior to an adjustment. Just an all over great set-up! I wish he would move his practice south!
