My experience has been amazing, Dr. Holmes and his staff are caring and very professional. Also, I highly recommend Dr. Holmes circumax supplement. It has helped me lose weight, my skin is glowy, and improved with my inflammation. I truly recommend Dr. Holmes, you will be in the best hands. His team Arleth, Savannah and Emily are amazing, hard working and will make sure to take care of any questions. Dr. Holmes is the best Chiropractor hands down, with many years of experience. He did a full assessment, very attentive, and took the time to listen. I am very thankful and I would highly recommend Dr. Holmes!

I am 31 and have suffered with back pain at various levels since my early 20's if not earlier at lower intervals. I have been to a few chiropractors in the last 4 years and I would get cracked and have to come back within weeks. I practically gave up and accepted my fate of pain for the rest of my life. By chance my chiropractor at the time was unavailable so I made an appointment with Dr. Holmes and since then my expectations have changed. I have suffered shoulder pain on and off for the last couple years due to overuse. It had gotten to the point where it was effecting my sleep and daily life. In just one visit with the doctor and his team I was noticing a radical improvement. The pain was 85% to 90% gone. It proceeded to improve further after the 2nd visit. I have my 3rd appointment booked and hope that will do the trick for a while! All I can day is thank you for pinpointing the issue and taking the care to resolve it. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Bruce Holmes, and his staff, are the greatest! I have been seeing him 3 times a week for the past 4 months for 7 herniated discs in my back. After years of constant pain, I'm finally starting to feel better. I have a long way to go.but I finally have a treatment provider that cares to take the time to actually treat the cause, and not just provide pain medication.
