Applying moist heat to your body increases blood flow to the tissues, improves joint function, and increases metabolism. When a muscle tissue relaxes joint and muscle function improves. This therapy can also increase blood and lymph circulation. Interferential therapy is a treatment to aid in the relief of pain and the promotion of soft tissue healing.
The Chiropractor's Protege: The Untold Story of Oakley G. Smith's Journey with D.D. Palmer in Chiropractic's Founding Years by Dr. Timothy J. Faulkner, and edited by Simon Senzon and Alana Callender, documents the life of one of the first chiropractors. O.G. Smith spent more time with D.D. Palmer than any other student besides B.J. Palmer.
Family care should start from the very beginning. Babies in utero can benefit from chiropractic indirectly while they are in utero because the birthing process is easier and can have less stress on the child. During this period many expecting mothers experience weight gain, changing posture, and hormonal changes that can be effectively helped by chiropractic care.
That first step can be painful in the morning. Stretching of the soft tissue on the underside of the foot can place extreme pressure on the rear foot bone causing a heel spur and/or a condition of plantar fasciitis. The stretching of the soft tissue can contribute to an uneven walking foundation and fallen arches, causing a compensatory reaction traveling up your body often resulting in knee, hip, and low back pain.

I have known Dr Faulkner for 22 years, his knowledge as a chiropractor and his continue research to improve his daily practice, it's why I have great respect and administration for him. His passion for health and wellness, it's truly shown in his most recent book "The Chiropractor's Protege: The Untold Story of Oakley G. Smith's Journey with D. D. Palmer in Chiropractic's Founding Years". Very few people truly dedicate their lives to improving the holistic health care of many people in the health care industry. ~Roberto Ramirez

Dr Faulkner is dedicated to creating wellness to his patients. He listens and applies the appropriate techniques that allow him to find the root cause. He shows that every patient is unique in the procedure needed and that the same patient is nit always a routine visit. Very attentive to the issue at hand and explaining too that not always a quick fix and takes you through the steps he plan to follow.
