I'm having treatment for neuropathy on my feet caused by chemotherapy. So far the shooting pains I've had to deal with are almost gone! I rarely get them anymore plus the doctor noticed my blood flow in my feet has improved! I see him once a week for a short treatment but otherwise I'm able to do the rest of it at home. My wife Sandy is getting treatment for other reasons and is seeing great results too! I highly recommend Champaign Chiropractic Clinic for anyone seeking help!

I don't recommend coming here if you have a complicated, longstanding issue or are low on money. If you have "generic" back pain, don't exercise or stretch much, then this place will probably help a lot. For me, I'm thankful to have learned more about why my pain was occurring and could move forward from there, but I wish I didn't have to go through the full treatment since it caused more pain.
It's been several months since my last appointment, so I think I've given enough time for a fair assessment of its impact long term. I apologize in advance for the review but I think it's important to not withhold this information. The staff here are very nice and friendly, including Dr Kevin. They have a unique way of doing things that I think is better than most chiropractors, and appreciate the flexibility in scheduling.
I also learned more about why my pain is occurring. At the same time, the business practices are questionable.* Dr Kevin follows a standard protocol that works for most people. He seems less able to understand unusual issues beyond that. I ended up in excruciating pain in new places with empty promises that "it will get better", missed a lot of work at a new job (risky), and I missed an important Thanksgiving since I was bedridden over the horrible pain I was in. *About the business practice: They make it seem like you have to pay the 2 grand or so upfront for treatment, and take out a loan if you can't, unless you're persistent and adamant you'd rather pay in smaller intervals.
They say it is to "save time" when you come in, but if they are concerned about that they could set up an online payment portal as most medical facilities have these days. The decompression chair is expensive (somewhere between 100 and 200 bucks per use), not covered by insurance, also forcibly recommended. (I will say it does help, but the relief only lasts a half an hour).
They charge your insurance for physical therapy when there is little to no supervision, you do some stretches and exercises by yourself along with several other people before getting cracked. There are no at-home exercises prescribed or even suggested: all exercises are on machines, so you couldn't do them at home if you wanted. I mentioned at-home decompression exercises I found online to Dr Kevin and he seemed hesitant and disappointed, talked about how he'd rather have patients use the chair since it is more consistent. Im thankful for the new idea of "decompression", though, as I find a lot of relief from those at-home exercises, and still do them to this day. Lastly, they charge for devices that "loosen up the scar tissue".
It's not too expensive (10 or 20 bucks per visit) but still an extra cost, and adds up for people who don't make a lot of money. Towards the end of my treatment when I was still in pain Dr Kevin said that some patients get better after treatment. A month after treatment I got better from the pain from the treatment, but not better than my baseline pain.
I'm glad this place helps most people, but it didn't for me. ---- Extra info: my pain is between the shoulder blades and sometimes in the back of the neck. Here I learned this is because my upper back is holding my forward head up. Since treatment, I sometimes get horrible pain in my SCM muscles. After much thinking and trying different postures, my theory is there was too much adjustment at once, and muscles that haven't worked in a long time were suddenly under strain. Dr Kevin agreed yet continued with treatment. While I'm disappointed this didn't work out, I'm thankful for the insight I gained as it can help me move forward.

I have always been scared to go to a Chiropractor. Dr. Kevin and Alexis were professional and extremely helpful. But back feels better than it has felt in years. I would 100% recommend going to Champaign chiropractor clinic, great equipment, including a decompression chair, rolling table, and massage chair. Great atmosphere as well.

Going to Champaign Chiropractic Clinic was such a positive experience for me! Dr. Kevin was the first doctor to take my neck/back troubles seriously, and his staff was friendly and attentive. The 6 weeks of physical therapy I underwent changed my life. The before/after x-ray examinations were astonishing. Bonus points, they were willing to arrange an affordable, realistic payment plan for me. I recommend Dr. Kevin and CCC strongly!

Highly recommend if you suffer from stiff neck and back pain. Dr. Kevin explained to me all the mechanisms of the bones by looking at the x-rays, showed in great detail what has caused the pain. His treatment helped me heal and I certainly feel much better now. Emily and Alexis at the front desk are also very kind and helpful, they helped me a lot doing the exercises. Going to this place has become my favorite relaxing activity. :

I came to the clinic with some serious sciatica pain about two weeks before I needed to move out of my apartment. Everybody there worked with me to feel good before I needed to be on my feet in a short amount of time. Within a week, I was feeling so much better. I was able to do my normal activities again. The diagnosis was accurate and the treatment worked well. I'd highly recommend going here for sciatica pain.

When I first came to Champaign Chiropractic Clinic the end of June, 2021, I was in bad pain which was visible on my face. Dr. Kevin took an x-ray of the area where I was in so much pain and prescribed a number of treatments to alleviate the pain. I have been going there twice weekly for about a month and I feel so much better. He uses various methods to alleviate the pain, but I always leave feeling better. The staff are courteous, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic.

Doctor Kevin is awesome! He's the first chiropractor I've ever been to and was very thorough in explaining things. I received a customized plan to help me with my pain. I've only seen him 4 times and I already feel improvement in my low back. I also appreciate how they keep hand sanitizer and disinfect around the exercise area and encourage everyone to sanitize there station when they're done. Everyone wears a face mask as well. I highly recommend Champaign chiropractic!
