Chiropractic helps to remove postural imbalances and structural misalignments that can accumulate in our bodies over time. Our spines change and develop problems just like our teeth, eyes and heart. Left unchecked for a long time, these changes may lead to pain, stiffness or other more serious problems.

I have been seeing Dr. Lundberg for 25 years, and he is the very best among a few others I had seen previously. He is very knowledgeable and shares a great deal of information about my problems and how I can improve muscle strength and flexibility to keep myself in alignment. He is always very pleasant and has a positive, upbeat attitude. What he does far better than others is to relax my tight muscles so that adjustments work easily.

My problems are lower back and neck, and I saw him fairly often for those problems for a few years. I now I see him once or twice a year. I was telling a friend about my BEST CHIROPRACTOR EVER, and she argued that hers was the best. Then we realized we were both talking about Dr. Lundberg!

I've been seeing Eric Lundberg from time to time for lower back pain for the past twenty years. I've had various afflictions - from scoliosis, sciatica and now SI joint pain, and Eric's treatment plans are beneficial in helping to relieve the discomfort. At the first appointment, he'll spend as much time as needed to get to the root cause of what's causing the problem.

In the case of my SI joint pain, the plan was chiropractic manipulation, and most importantly, a home exercise program that will strengthen the muscles to balance the back, in order to take pressure off the joint and ligaments and to protect them. I started out with weekly appointments, and as the pain decreased and I became more flexible, I went to seeing him every two weeks, then every three weeks, with the goal of decreasing the pain as much as possible. One big plus is that he's also available on Saturdays. Besides his chiropractic practice, Eric is also one of instructors at Palmer College of Chiropractic-West.
