Body mechanics refers to the way we move our body. Posture is an important component in body mechanics. Good posture generally means the spine is in a 'neutral' or 'resting' position. The four normal curves of the spine are natural. This position is not static (fixed) and is individual. A neutral spine is one in which the position is comfortably maintained by the discs, bones, and ligaments. The four curves of the spine are Cervical Lordosis, Thoracic Kyphosis, Lumbar Lordosis and Sacral Kyphosis. As we age our spines change.

The staff at Babich Chiropractic are wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. John gave me a quick back adjustment and some instant relief which has only further improved with time. The timing was quick and they took me as a walk-in without appointment. I'd definitely consider returning with any future health problems.

Everyone in the office is great, they remember you every time, even if it's been months! The chiropractors are the best I've ever experienced, on every level. I would never go anywhere else. I've never been cracked so we'll before! Haha. But really. They are amazing at what they do. The office staff is also warm and helpful. Maybe I will try a massage next. I like that they offer plans for people with out insurance. Even with insurance mine only covers 10 visits. So it's nice to not have to pay an arm and a leg if you need to go frequently.
