Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
My name is Anne, and I am Access To Health's Practice Coordinator. I recently moved to Colorado from Minnesota and am loving the beautiful sunshine here! My husband and I enjoy exploring the outdoors and cooking healthy recipes together. We have two grown children, who live in MN. I love meeting all the great patients at Access to Health and encouraging them towards more vibrant health!
We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Fort Collins chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
The online intake is preferred, but we understand sometimes computers don't do what we want them to. Please complete this on a laptop or desktop computer (the form will not transmit when completed on a mobile device). You do not need to complete every entry on the form. If something does not apply, simply skip that and go to the next question. At the end, it may say fields are incomplete, but it will transmit okay! You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to access the paperwork.

I haven't hit my one month mark yet with Dr. Ranae but the results have been instant for me! My first visit my lungs felt like they literally drained, my second visit I was given stretches for at home and pre-adjustment and by my third visit she had identified a problem I have had since college. all I needed was a little lift in my left shoe! I work outside now and previously restaurant work so I had gotten used to chronic pain in my feet and hips.
Today I feel like I could jump into a rooftop and did a full, deep squat for the first time since I can remember. Thank you to the staff here! Incredible experience and very thankful to have been referred to you!

The level and technique of care is quite unique to Dr. Ranae Beard and her staff. I've been to quite a few chiropractors but never had the technical specificity and elite level of assessing her patients. I was very impressed. Dr. Ranae Beard also is very accommodating to new and old injuries and thorough in her examinations. I was first weary of her practice, but after expressing my concerns she reassured that she could help and that she is worth it. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member in need of an affordable and thorough adjustment to feel rejuvenated!

Dr. Renae really cares about her patients, she has sincerely taken the time to address my issues. This month is actually marks 2 years of being her patient, and I can say in all honesty that the mobility I have right now is due to her care. Dr. Ranae is helping me "straighten" out my back issues that have been haunting me for over a decade. She is extremely caring and wants everyone to be in their best health possible. The Gonstead technique that she uses is very "low impact" compared to other chiropractors I have been to and the adjustments leave me feeling better every time.

My sister has been seeing Dr. Renae for a few years (primarily for fibromyalgia) with amazing results. After months of unbearable back pain with no relief, she recommended that I schedule my first appointment. From the scheduling phone call to each subsequent appointment, Dr. Renae and her staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring. Six weeks under her care has proved life changing-- I now go days at a time with little to no pain.
For anyone struggling with pain who wants to get away from the quick fix of medication, I highly recommend making a call to Access to Health. They're up front about the costs (which are remarkably affordable -- $4 adjustments with my insurance, $40 without) and will likely be able to schedule your first appointment within a week!
