Dr. Bryson has had over 2000 post-graduate hours in manipulative techniques. He understands that each person is unique and must be treated that way. This is why he offers multiple safe, gentle and effective techniques to reduce pain and restore normal biomechanical motion. These include Activator, drop tables, myofascial techniques (for spine & extremities), Gonstead, diversified, manual traction, functional rehab and much more!
What is the Lincoln Trail-a-thon? It is not a race. It is not even an event. It is an experience. An experience that will take a year complete. An experience that will help individuals not only explore their city but get healthy while doing it. The idea came to Aksel and myself after our 45-hour burpee event and while training for the 2019 Lincoln half-marathon.
Did you know that you can prevent muscle pain and soreness that leads to injury by stretching daily? Taking a break to stretch throughout your day only takes minutes and the results are amazing! If you have a job where you do a lot of sitting, driving or any repetitive movements you need to learn a few of these stretches so that you can stay pain free.

I have been going to Trinity for a few months now and have loved every second of it. Dr. Bo has helped me with my mental & physical health, leading me to the road of recovery. I love Trinity Chiropractic! Dr Bo can pretty much always get me in on a same day appointment when my back starts acting up. His front office staff is always cheerful and welcoming. Dr Bo and his staff seem to genuinely care about their clientele and make it known with their positive, down to earth vibe.

DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER! This is the place you want to be, trust me. Its always a pleasure seeing the ladies up front and Dr. Bo, I have been a client here since 2018 (prenatal adjustments were amazing). MOST IMPORTANTLY the atmosphere is ALWAYS wonderful and you're sure to find a smile on each face, there is positive or Christian music playing but no one is overbearing I asked Dr. Bo to pray for me at one of my most recent appointments for the 1st time, and he didn't flinch or hesitate. I thank God for Trinity Chiropractic, you're more than a client. feels like family.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bo and his staff. Their level of professionalism is top notch. They are all friendly and sincerely care about each and every person that walks through the door. Dr Bo is the best. He has treated both my husband and myself, many times. I was driving through town and needed to see a chiropractor urgently. They were able to get me in and the dr was amazing. Offered exercises and helped walk me through them. He even offered me info for a dr at our next destination. It was the best experience at a chiro I have had. I told my husband we could move here just for this awesome office! the people in Lincoln are lucky to have this at office at their fingertips. Wish I could find one similar where I live.
